So in my last review I was very dissapointed that my sons headset stopped working a month into him having it. Well someone from the company read my review and reached out to me and although it was to late to return it they reminded me of the manufacture warranty. But they went even further than that and they are sending me a replacement headset. They did not have to do any of this but they really cared about a customers experience with their product so they made it all better. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and I will recommend your company in the future to anyone looking for a gaming headset.

Love the color, fits comfortably, mic works and cords are more heavy duty than most. Very helpful long cord.

The only two good things I can say about this headset is that the LED colors look cool and the noise cancelling works great. Everything else is crappy. The headset is very heavy so it hurts kids necks after awhile. The is no adjustment for the actually headphone and they pinch-in at the bottom. Windows 10 doesn't find any drivers for this and I could find any online. The manual and any online information are lacking. The worst is that the sound quality is strange. It is like you are listening to someone on speaker phone but they are standing on the other side of the room. Plus the stereo sounds seems like it is 15-30 degrees off.

These headphones are shockingly amazing! They are higher quality than I would expect from a set 2-3x the price. My fiance has had dozens of gaming sets and said this is the most comfortable and highest quality. The noise cancellation works extremely well (you could probably hear a loud emergency, but you won't hear someone ask you a question or call you for dinner). The noise cancellation also works really well. Typically, his party members can hear my footsteps throughout our apartment, but since he got this, the only time it picks up my noise is when I'm laughing or talking very loudly within arm's reach of him (I have a very loud voice and project without trying because of years of performing, so most headsets pick up anything I say).

I Like the adjustable headband and the cushion underneath the band, mic 🎙 works, the led rgb adds a nice touch to it, pretty lit. Sound is crisp and clear. Ear muffs is a little snug for me and feels uncomfortable but I purchased this for my daughter so it doesn’t bother her at all.My daughter uses this for her Nintendo switch, and she loves the fact that she can not hear me talk to her...🙄 So yes noise cancellation works quite well, lol.

Praise GODThe quality of these headphones is phenomenal and the price makes them an even bigger grab! The cord is plenty long and good quality as well. I tested the mic with friends as well as via a playback and its very, very clear without backgrouns noise, crackling or static. The headphones do buzz occasionally when wearing them? Not sure why? The Led system is super cool and works well, the cord comes with an extension for desktop PCs but can work on phones, laptops etc too.

Unbelievable value!! My son needed a new one the last one just stopped pairing with the Xbox ... The sound quality is absolutely awesome! And the set up was extremely easy! My eight-year-old was able to do it all by himself. Very well made , durable and high quality! Highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded.  This head set felt super cheap as soon as I got it. I didn’t think much of it and used it anyways. It worked great for sound, but the people I play with couldn’t hear me very well. I had to hold the mic to my mouth for them to clearly hear me. But, after two weeks of using it.. the sound randomly went crazy in my ears. I threw my headset onto my lap and was like, what the hell. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back. I’ve tried everything. It’s stuck like this.. watch this video before buying please!!
