Ettore 48520 Angle Adaptor for Extension Pole,Black

Used two of these on an extended pole along with the excellent "Gutter Guard Brush by Gutterglove" to clear my gutter guards. One would have worked well but the two were more effective for angling the brush from the ground on my single story house.

Been using it alot with a very solid and heavy exterior brush head and it hasn't failed yet. For the price, I'd buy a second one to have on hand just in case. Definitely made pain in the neck jobs much much easier and quicker. A bit of a nuisance to adjust the angle to be 'just right' but really...I'm not complaining. Just do some planning on your job so changing angles is kept at a minimum.

Haven't used yet do to a shoulder injury, will update after trying.

The male and female ends are different sizes. The male end screws into my brush just fine but the female end is too large and the handle ( which fits the broom) just wobbles around and falls out of the adaptor.

The end threads fit my attachment but the inside hole to connect to my pole did not making this item not usable.

I have the reach poles by Ettore and it screws on well, BUT the squeeges do not lock in and I was concerned that it would come off when cleaning the roof skylight. I easily fixed the problem by drilling hole through the adaptor, going to my local Hardware store and buying a screw with a wing nut to hold the squeege in place. I have four sizes of Ettore squeeges, plus the wash tool. All have the same size and distance so they all fit and secure easily. Don't know why Ettore doesn't have a push button on it.😢

My original hook fell off. This replacement works well.

The plastic is too soft. The threads slip doesn't screw on securely. It did the job I needed it for but I wouldn't buy it again.
