Q: Is the cover of the notebook Hardback? And when handed to you does it have that “notebook” writing on the front?

I have the A5 version, which I presume has the same cover - it is not hardback, it's smooth, flexible card, and the 'Europa Notebook' logo on the front cannot be removed.

Q: Does the assorted 4 pack come sealed in cellophane/shrink wrap please ?

I didnt buy the 4 pack only a sigke item so unable to provide an answer for you

Q: is it hole punched paper?

No the paper is not pre punched with holes.
