I love this product. My Frenchie was hesitant to drink from it at first, but after she gave it her thorough sniff inspection, she dived right in. It was easy to assemble, and it ran very quietly. I love the blue light indicator that blinks red when the water level is getting low. When the light turns a solid red, it lets you know it's time to refill. My fur baby's water has never been so clean and free of hair and food particles. It's nice and neat and aesthetically pleasing. I also love that it's large enough that I don't have to refill it every day. I recommend this product.

I bought my first one and it stopped working. I was irritated but I ordered another one since it lasted longer than two others I tried. When the new one came I read the instructions and realized I was the reason the first one didn't work. I forgot you could take apart the motor. So every two to three (it says about three to four) weeks I take the fountain apart, including the motor, and brush everything with Dawn soap. They provide a little brush that looks like an eyelash curler which is perfect for the motor. Since I started doing this, I've had no problems whatsoever. I also buy the package of filters Amazon recommends because it includes a new motor filter along with the water filter. This is also important. If you try to flush out the motor filter with soap to try to reuse it, it doesn't matter. The filter did its job by gathering all the contaminants and debri that it will NOT come out. If you think it does, put some water in a dish or small bowl and squeeze it. You'll see small specks of grossness floating.Change your filters about 3 weeks (no more than 4) and go to town on the motor. The whole process takes maybe 15 minutes. Quicker when you're used to it.As far as noise, it sounds like a small fountain at best. I sit about 3 feet from it and it sounds like a small babbling brook. It seems calming to me.The first fountain lasted about 5 months and this one is going on just short of a year. Plus, aestetically it looks nice. Great buy and as long as you maintain it, just like anything in life, it does well! I would buy again when this one finally decides to conk out down the road!

This fountain is a bit complicated to assemble and not very easy to disassemble to clean—sorry. But I think it’s worth the hassle. It is quiet, attractive, easy for my senior cats to use (even the one who was in a cone), and doubles nicely as a nightlight. And while disassembly is a chore, especially for an older and non-limber adult, the reservoir actually is easy to clean.One caution. I came in one morning and my cat was standing next to a dry fountain, giving me a reproachful look. When the water level drops too low, the pump quits. It’s a good idea to add some water daily. If you pour it gently into the central well, it’s pretty hassle-free.

The media could not be loaded.  Product is very quiet, holds 3 liters of water and looks very clean. Our last pump was smaller and louder, it also poured the water 2 inches onto the tray. This model the fountain goes up the spout and immediately onto the tray, so it moves but is not loud.The only issue I had is that the LED did not work right from the box. The fountain runs fine, and the light would have been great as to see the water level more easily but it works. Maybe the seller will send me a new motor and LED to replace, but it’s not worth the hassle of sending back to get a new one. My cats need clean running water

This is super easy to clean and not noisy at all!It will flicker red when it’s too low. That alone is a life saver but the best part is the capacity. This thing doesn’t even look like it could hold Soo much water but it does an entire pitcher and it still has room ! I’ve had it for quite a while now and the led is on daily 24/7 and still operates as should. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat who share this bowl without any issue. Once they tried it they started drinking more water actually. Very easy to clean definitely recommend!Edited 12/31/21Purchased 3/25/21 and motor is failing. Followed all steps to cleaning and filter change. Replacement pump is $13 but since I don’t have Amazon prime I must purchase something else to avoid shipping charges. It’s a nasty gurgle sound when it begins to shut down.. cleaned and replaced filter as well in case it was faulty filtration before but no. Go ahead and purchase all if you don’t have prime to be safe

UPDATE: Now giving this product only one star. I bought in April and it's now July and the pump has completely quit working. We never let the water hit below the low level. We replace the filters regularly and clean the entire unit regularly. We always use filtered water. I have no idea why the pump stopped working but the date to return the product has passed and I can't find any information to contact the company. So disappointed. Now I'm out $36 and have to order a new fountain (elsewhere).We have a cat that loves to play in water and I've tried everything to get him to stop because there will be water everywhere. Our last fountain allowed the majority of the water to pool at the bottom and that's where he would stick his paws in and play. We needed something with a large capacity, big enough for our medium size dog to drink out of as well and something that doesn't allow the water to pool. This was exactly what we were looking for. It's so crazy quiet I can't even tell it's there. It holds a ton of water. The dog (medium sized corgi, 31 lbs) and two cats drink out of it with no issues. I love how you can tell the water level so you don't have to take it apart to add water back in. It's also very easy to assemble and clean. I have had several pet fountains over the years and this is by far the best. The only issue is, even with water it's a bit lightweight so my cat tends to push it around and I'm always moving it back to it's spot. That's not a design issue, more of an issue with my cat! I also love the look of the fountain. It's modern and the blue light allows the animals to drink at night. Awesome foundation

This replaced a fountain that had a rim, or a lip and my cat would have to lower his head into the bowl if the water dipped even 1/2 inch lower than it's maximum. And he hates doing that. He's also a Siamese and 15 years old, so he likes everyone within earshot to know when he's upset at something.I've gone 3 days without having to top it off. I don't know I lived without this thing.My weird cat does this thing where he soaks himself drinking from every single bowl, fountain, or similar container, and he still does that, but I'm 100% convinced that's a "him" thing. My other cat manages to stay perfectly dry.I recommend this fountain, I may even buy a second as a back up, just in case, because the pump is slightly different from other generic pumps and I never want to go back to topping up water several times a day.

I love this water fountain for my two kitties.It's super quiet. Not a peep from the motor or the water. I have it bubbling up and filling the saucer.The cats were drinking from it as soon as I introduced them to it.It holds a good quantity of water. The blue light inside has an on/off switch so you have the option to turn it off. It looks very nice on and helps with the water indicator.Easy set up and cleaning. Very detailed instructions for taking the motor apart to clean when needed.Brushes and tweezers included to get at the inner workings. Great item!!
