Oakland Gardens Premium Hand Dipped Incense Sticks, You Choose The Scent. 100 Sticks. (Eucalyptus & Spearmint)

I’ve purchased a variety of different scents from this company and they’re all very nice, they have nice throw and each burn for about an hour and 15 mins, but the Victorian Rose is my favorite so far! Beautiful, clean scent. I love it. Thank you, will be purchasing more! ❤️❤️

I bought the mango scent and the cherry vanilla scent. This review is for both.Pros:*Arrived a day earlier than promised*Slow burning, thick sticks*Fragrant enough to permeate outside of my bedroom where I lit it*Each set came packaged in a clearly labeled, durable resealable bag*One set had 97 sticks; another had 100*One stick has the effect of burning 2 incense sticks of every other brand I've tried (and I light incense every day).Cons (very trivial ones, but I want to be thorough):*2 sticks in each set were stuck together. The rest were perfect.*Like others mentioned, they were moist BUT incense is made with pulverized spices and alcohol, so I just laid them out by a window (they smelled so good, I wanted the wind to blow the scent throughout my room) and they were dry in about 5 minutes. If they are wet, it means they were freshly made. Don't be concerned if they arrive wet. They were not moldy nor compromised in any way.*Like others mentioned, these incense sticks don't light as quick as others, BUT that's because they are thick. You are getting better quality incense sticks. I just kept the flame going longer for the end to smolder. Some incense sticks catch fire quick, but also burn up quick; these don't. I kept the flame going for 5 seconds, then blew it out.More remarks:I usually buy incense 200 sticks at a time for $20 ($10/100) from Sankofa Arts and Jewelry on Telegraph in Oakland, CA. They sell African art, clothing, jewelry, soap, oils and incense at the flea market in Berkeley, CA. These are *not* the quick-burning incense sticks I was referring to above. These are actually the best ones I've ever purchased, but given the shelter-in-place, I cannot get to them. *Sad face* That's why I bought these on Amazon, but will go back to them when I am able. OH, and Sankofa incense sticks are pretty. These sticks from Oakland Gardens are thick and more rustic looking.I've purchased incense from independent natural grocery stores and Whole Foods. They are usually $0.20/stick or more and they are thin. They also come in too much packaging.Lastly, I was able to save 15% off by ordering two products from Oakland Gardens. You should buy two sets of incense to get the discount (if it's still available) because these are really good. Treat yourself, don't cheat yourself! :)Thank you for reading!

I am familiar with the Mango Butter scent, so I decided to give this brand a try. I like the aroma these incense give off, however, I wish they were just a little bit stronger. With that being said, my family hasn't complained about these as they sometimes would with the usual brand that I normally buy. These work effectively. They have a nice slow burn time of at least 45 minutes. I can actually purchase sticks similar to this at a discount mall in Atlanta at a cheaper price and significantly higher quantity, but the drive alone is between 45 and 60 minutes under ideal traffic conditions and the quality is definitely inferior. My normal sticks that I usually purchase gives me 20 more sticks, but at more than twice the cost. I use the far side of my garage, or second bay, as my mancave, but then it's NOT really a mancave, because it's co-shared with my daughter. Our area is complete with a stereo, personal seating arrangements for my daughter and I. At any rate, we both smoke cigars and both dislike one another cigars, how ironic lol. But that's where these incense come in. I burn two sticks at a time and our club smells great!!! I would recommend this brand and will buy again in the future. I think these sticks are a very good value for the money. I'm sure that I may have some sticks where a few of the tips may be chipped off, but I equate that more with a shipping and handling issue and not a craftsmanship issue. These are shipped in bubble wrap protected large envelope and I have no problems with that, but a small box with bubble wrap would provide better protection for the sticks during shipping. I'm also certain that in doing so, the cost would increase! I'm happy with my purchase!

I'm really happy with these. This is an unusual scent that is hard to find and it's one of my favorites. I got what I wanted with this purchase.They're definitely moist. I let the flame sit on them for a moment before blowing it to an ember because sometimes it won't take right away.The scent is STRONG. They double bag it for you and I can still smell it every time I walk into my room. I'm pleased by this personally, so it's a plus in my book.Fragrance could be a little soapy for some people. But if you like this fragrance already, it's probably a tolerable amount.

Like a lot of incense, the aroma you get while burning is different than when not, and this is no different. The burn smell is... ok, I guess, but that's very subjective. The oil they use is quite strong, and is difficult to remove from your fingers once you handle the sticks. And it's obvious it's some sort of oil - the entire stick would catch flame if you let it; it's soaked with the stuff.I'm looking for some evergreen, balsam, pine, ... this isn't quite it, but it's pretty close. The scent isn't bad, and they burn acceptably long.

I'm a sticker for teawook. One of the best natural aromas there are. It makes my home feel extra comfortable

OMG! They were the first to arrive out of the 6 packages of incense I ordered. I'm almost 2 years after 50, a native New Yorker, etc. etc. so nothing excites me anymore OR SO I THOUGHT. I opened my mailbox and there they were sitting inside. Their SCENT captivated me which then excited me. I read the package and it reads "Oakland Gardens Premium...(Eucalyptus Spearmint) New Made with Real Spearmint Eucalyptus Spearmint Natural Incense". The label isn't lying! They smell like a gift from God! The type of smell I imagine can only be experienced in Paradise walking in the Garden Of Eden in the Tree Of Life section where just the smell can heal all manner of ailments.
