Great faucet! Looks great, works great, does not show finger prints, it was very easy to install. Highly recommend.

Does not have red or blue markings indicating hot and cold like others I’ve seen but this faucet works great and looks perfect on my sink. The lack of color markings doesn’t bother me.

With some hesitation I attempted to remove my old Kohler faucet (single lever with spray on the side). After about one and half hours, I was about to call the plumber but I started to rattle the faucet which caused the cracked base support underneath to fall off in pieces and then dripped all over as I went under the sink. I also got water from some hose dripping into my left ear. But once the support fell off I was able to pull everything up through the hole and get the old faucet out. Given the rust, it was not possible to disconnect the support nut by wrench or pliers. Then comes the easy part. Installation of this faucet is so easy even an old senior like me can do it (with neck and back ache consequences). Once in place, the faucet is so elegant (even better than the steel one) and functions like a charm. I washed the cast iron grills on my cooktop and rinsing them off with the sprayer function was such a breeze. This faucet is quite heavy and it is recommended to have wood added to stainless steel sink for support. But my stone sink has no problem. I am glad I chose Kohler again. Removal of this faucet 10 years later could be another problem as the ring screws on to the faucet stem to secure it and rust will certainly prevent the ring to slide back out again for removal. Maybe I should keep spraying the stem and ring assembly regularly with antirust spray.

This Faucet and Soap Discpenser is very nice and I have NO ISSUES with the finish, they look great!! It was relatively easy to install but I had a cramped space so it took a little time. The initial issue was that the water flow was VERY weak and it got progressively worse after a few days. I followed the instructions to let the water flow for a minute before connecting the hose to the gooseneck extension. Even during that phase, I thought the water flow was not very good. After reading some reviews and when the flow deteriorated to a bit more than a dribble, I went back and disconnected the hoses, cleaned the flow control section and changed my shut off valves. I reconnected the supply hoses turned on the water to do the "clean out" phase. The weak flow was still present. NO CHANGE. My last and final check was to use my portable air compressor to blow air through in the REVERSE direction of the water supply to see if there was a blockage. VIOLA!!!!! A couple small chunks of hard foam or rubber came out. The one in the pictures is the larger piece and the smaller piece was about half the size. Once those pieces came out and I connected everything back, the WATER FLOW was GREAT and how I expected. I don't know if was an internal piece that came off or debris during manufacturing, but I hope this helps others if they are having the same issue.

We love our Kohler kitchen faucet! Our old faucet was THE PITS but this one is PERFECT! It arrived extremely quickly, our plumber installed it easily and we love using it! The spray nozzle is very easy for old, arthritic hands to use and the spray does not spray the person using it but it easily reaches every corner of the sink. We love the handy soap dispenser! The faucet looks nice and the ease of use makes it a TRUE WINNER! IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY! Thank you!

My wife was happy after the unit was installed. This was cheaper than the one she purchased at Home Depot, so she returned one she got from Home Depot. It's been about a month since it was installed, and my wife likes it so far.

I liked the look of the faucet. It was also sturdy, with heft. No plastic parts. Easy to install. The soap dispenser is a nice addition with a big soap holder. We called Kohler and they will stand by their products even if purchased through this 3rd party seller.

Plain simple, everyday faucet. Not loud and brash. Only thing I dislike is the handle, it's concave on the back so water from wet hands will run down the back of it and will eventually get calcified from minerals in the water. I can live with that. Had I known, I would have picked a rounded handle with no crevices.... I had a plumber install so I don't know how easy it would be. I assume it will be sturdy (it's Kohler), but no idea about long term as it's only been in a week.
