It feels very durable in your hand. I use this for pizza and it slices thru without pulling the cheese off. I also use this as a pastry cutter so it is versatile. I chose to put it in the 3rd tippy top rack of my dishwasher for ease of cleaning.

I finally used it for the first time yesterday. This is an essential kitchen utensil if you're a pizza or pie lover!. Of course, if you're shorthanded, all you could do is simply pull the pizza apart with your own fingers, but that makes for a sloppy mess with uneven toppings, which most probably know my experience. This worked great, is sharp enough to cut the pizza like butter and cut the pizza perfectly in slices or mini squares. I wasn't very picky about the color, and this is an extremely easy utensil to use, kids could use easy with adult supervision and gives them a small responsibility that makes them feel like they are helping with the meal.
