Great customer service and an amazing product
We have been using this machine for a long time and it’s been absolutely amazing. We ran into an issue a couple weeks ago with an attachment not working but customer service took care of it right away and helped us out.

Did not properly work on delivery
The main power button would turn on but none of the other options would. Also the tool holder was that holds the scraper was already broken on receipt.

Good price , basically does the same work as the ones with the expensive price , the only thing is doesn't come with instructions how to use but I find out watching YouTube videos.

Parts don’t all work after opening right out of box
Only 2 of the 5 features work once connected and the light on the controller doesn’t turn on for time or modes. There is no instruction on how to get the accessories to work in this situation. I’ve seen other models turn on on YouTube trying to figure out what this thing is doing. I followed all instructions. Works good for the suction / microdermabrasion
