Several episodes have some fixed subtitles in German [as part of the show not any subtitle function]. They cannot be changed to another language.The original show included such fixed subtitles [for a laugh, for example, when they were mumbling deliberately or when they were visiting some Russians] and the German publishers of these DVDs just erased them and replaced them.

Cute, colorful, funny
One of the funniest sitcoms I've ever watched; a collection of witty lines, and colorful characters. Although Cybill herself is obviously at her best, many of the other characters are also worth mentioning - especially Alicia Witt's Zoey, a.k.a. the 'Antichrist' :-) (as Zoey's own mother puts it), and Christine Baranski's rich, eccentric, over-primped, recently divorced Maryann. Recommended for anyone willing to cheer up, and have some fun for a change.

Incredibly funny, indipendent, logic, sharp, sometimes with some dry humour, ........however...watch out: the 4th Season ends up with an open item and season5 never came up....disappointing !!! Still worth it, incredibly worth it !

Not only were the DVDs and case in a good condition, it arrived with handwritten notes stating the contents to ensure that everything was present.

The best of the lot!
A string of these shows came out around the same time... famous person has a sitcom based loosely on their own life.Cybill is the best of the lot, forget Reba, Bette (which has similar themes), Cybill is funny and what a real sitcom should be.MaryAnne (Christine Baranski) steals the show as a 'AbFab Patsyish' character and I wish it had gone longer than 4 seasons.

Class Act.....
Cybill brought me many years of happiness as a child, and although a little dated now it is still as funny as it was all those years ago, the dvd collection is a steal, perfect for any nostalgic collectors like myself, wanting to relive those younger years tv shows.
