Completely impressed with this tea!! I suffer from stage 3 adrenal fatigue and needed something to get me through the mid day slump without the jitters or the crash. This tea absolutely delivers! I have been taking it at about 1pm but I am going to switch it to my morning tea as I feel really good right before I go to bed and need to wind down more in the evenings. The taste is amazing as well...I will never be out of this tea!!

I have an unspecified autoimmune disease and I'm always looking for natural ways to help my immune system. This tea has helped with my digestive system, which is one of the issues I have with my autoimmune disease. I'm not bloated after eating and things move along faster, if you know what I mean. It has a colon cleansing affect that supports a healthier immune system. I don't feel sluggish, bloated, and quite frankly, constipated all of the time. This tea gives me energy without the caffeine jitters. This tea has a spicey, slightly citrus, musty flavor and I love it! I will purchase this tea again.

At first I wasn't really into the taste but after a few cups and getting used to it, I enjoy it a lot now.I'm very happy with the extra boost in energy that is more steady throughout the day compared to jolts that coffee used to give me. I have been completely off coffee ever since I started drinking this tea. thank you! saves me money too! because I place a teaspoon into a stainless tea diffuser (A Space Living) from Amazon and is able to make an entire pot for 1.5L. This bag will last me a while. I have also been seeing steady loss in weight. This could be combination of me drinking this tea, eating healthier, and exercising more. Overall very satisfied. Will order more.

This tea tastes pretty good. I feel stomach cramps after having it and I use the restroom at least twice after. This is my weekend or cleanse tea. My stomach is sensitive. I can not have this tea in the morning. I'll miss work. Lol if you're looking to cleanse, Go for it

My husband has definitely noticed the slow but steady weight loss which I've been experiencing due to drinking this tea. I drink it hot and not even every day. And it still works! I combine it's use with an organic diet, as best I can, with very little, if any, meat and LOTS of raw nuts and seeds. I eat one meal/day, usually in late afternoon/evening. All the rest of the day, I choose reasonably healthy things to snack on, only when I get hungry, and try to stop eating as soon as my hunger goes away. So, I leave snacktime comfortably, still slightly empty, but this emptiness disappears within 10-15 minutes or so. I'm going to hit 60 full force in April and feel better than I did when I was 30! This tea is one of many things on my regimen, but it is certainly one of my most important tools.

Didn't do a thing but quench my thirst

Not sure this tea works yet, but it has a great taste contrary to other reviews. It does have a larger cut to it though so if you like a finer cut tea, this one isn't for you. Will continue to use to see if it ever takes effects.

I have had this tea for a while and just used it recently. What was I waiting for?! This is some of the best tea I have ever tasted! When I opened the bag I thought it smelled very complex and I couldn't quite put my finger on the actual scent, but once I tasted it I was hooked! Will buy again!

3.5 is the rating I would give which seems low but my rating is based on the fact that I initially purchased the tea for specific reason such appetite suppressing and detox like qualities which were not as effective as other teas that I purchased. If not for those facts I would rate this tea 4-5 stars. It is good quality, tastes excellent and improves energy.

Very good and tasty tea. I'm not sure how much energy I actually receive from it.. but definitely a bit of a boost.
