These insoles were extremely comfortable in my trainers and made them great for wearing for long period of times would recommend to anyone wanted to make shoes more comfy or wanting to add a little height!

Very pleased with these. Made the shoes I wore for dancing at my daughter's hen do really comfortable!

The only reason I give this product one star that there is no zero stars as a choice. I bought this insoles to give my boots extra height and makes it more comfortable, unfortunately it didn't work at all. First of all it's too big and thick and despite I cut around the lines to fit my boots, it was still very thick and I had a hard time trying to put it inside my boots. I cut more of it and after I succeeded (finally) I tried to wear my boots and it didn't fit any more as it made it too small for me that part of my new boots was torn while I was trying to do that. I cut more of it again and tried over and over until I almost cut it all and only left the high heel back part! And guess what? it still didn't fit!. I have a quit small feet I wear 36/37 shoe size and I bought the small size insoles and I even tried it in a 38 size shoes and it still didn't work. Maybe those who gave this product a good review bought the one without height, but I am telling you if you want a height increase insoles Don't buy this one, it's a complete waste of money and very disappointing!

A car accident left one of my legs 19mm shorter than the other. Over the years this had caused me an odd walking posture. I love to walk so invested in these. I only use the left one but it’s stopped my odd gait and, even more importantly, the back pain I used to get after walking.

I ordered the 1.7cm - UK size 3-7....so that l could trim to my size which is UK 6.Arrived earlier than expected and in excellent condition. On opening l saw they seemed to look quite small, l did not need to trim them at all, they fitted straight into my trainers perfectly. So, even though they were meant to fit up to a size 7 , they would have been way to small if l had ACTUALLY been a size 7.Great quality, and perfect thickness, best to remove your original shoe insert tho, then fit this one, or your shoe/ trainer will be too tight.

It’s coming up 9 months since I ordered these insoles. During this time, they have endured constant daily use. Whilst the black fabric which lined the insole wore down after a few months, the insole has remained functional. The insole is soft enough to provide comfort whilst also providing support. The insole material is beginning to crack (see insole on the right of image) but I believe I can still get more use out of them. Given the amount of use these insoles have endured over the last 9 months (over 1000 hours of walking) , I am very impressed with them. I will happily buy these insoles again when they’re inevitably no longer usable.
