I've been trying to get away from soy protein as much as possible because I don't digest it well. This is the seventh pea protein powder that I've tried and I'm happy to say that this one is worth using. My biggest complaint about pea protein powder is that it seems to be gritty. It's something that I can look past, but it'd be nice not to have to compromise on it. This powder is smooth. I barely notice that it's there. It is also completely flavorless. The only thing that I notice is the flavor of the fruit and juice that I use in my shakes. It was a bit more expensive than some of the others that I have tried, but it is worth the extra cost. Thanks to Aspen Naturals for making a pea protein powder that is worth using.

I use it to add nutrition to my smoothies and stews

I purchased this in early April 2020 to make protein shakes and use in recipes. Because I was looking to cook/bake with it, I needed a powder with a neutral taste, and this product live up to that description. Other highlights are that the macro profile is very good (nearly all calories are from protein) and the product mixes well into liquids.I came back to purchase another package today and found that the same product is now 59% more expensive (was $16.99, now $26.97). The product is good, but there are many other just-as-good pea protein powders on the market, so I will be opting for them instead if the price point isn't lowered.

Bought this because I was looking for an unflavored plant-based protein powder and it tastes absolutely disgusting!

This is a great product. The price is set correctly and you don’t have to buy 7 pounds (which will most likely go rancid due to my lack of ability to eat it quick enough). I read some reviews from other brand’s pea proteins. Yes, it does make shakes a bit chalkier. That’s just normal for how pea protein tastes. I have tried other brands and they are the same.That said, I like that this is a smaller volume than other brands yet it is not over priced. This assures it stays fresh while I eat it. With other brands there have been complaints that it went rancid.This item was not rancid and I can be assured I will finish it before that happens. After all this is food from peas. Another words, if pea protein didn’t eventually go bad I would question it.That said it did get to me fresh. I transferred it to a Tupperware container for safe keeping and ease of use.I will be buying this again

I really enjoy this product! I am able to add it to any smoothie without it adding any flavor. I am trying to add more protein to my diet but can’t stand the taste of protein shakes, vegan or non-vegan as they make me nauseous. There’s no flavor or aftertaste it’s this product, just a slight grittiness when used in my cheap blender. However, I just purchased a vitamix and there’s no grit at all. Definitely will buy again especially since it’s made here in the USA and not China like the other brands.

Perfect Packaging, Excellent Quality Product. Very smooth powder without grittiness! I'll be ordering again along with the Pumpkin Powder Protein to create my own protein drink!

I can taste what I have put into my smoothies. I am 79 and had a broken hip less that a year ago, plus separated hip flexor so it is important to build my muscles strong to assist in walking. A little chalky, but not terribly. I like it is made in USA too.
