It's a phone that does phoning well
Update after 2 weeks....The camera on the back refuses to do anything outside of 10 inches from the phone. Have tried the open cam app they recommend and nothing seems to work on it. It's a work phone with a lot of info on it so hard resetting is out of the question... Front facing camera works fine.. so..I'll be brutally honest, the only thing I wish this thing had was a stylus like my note 8 had.. and the camera lacks in the clarity department. past that, I love the thing. Finger print scanner on the side works great... Screen is just as clear as my note, response is just the same.. I miss nothing but the stinking stylus. I have noticed I have signal in most places that my Samsung failed to keep signal which is another given plus. I'm kinda disappointed Samsung has went so far downhill in the last couple year. They are focusing on all the wrong things that this thing is achieving... Batterylife, stronger construction and a lack of glass EVERYWHERE. PLUS it's a 3rd the price. I'm more or less sold.

Big screen phone with good quality photos
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this phone because of the 6.2 inch big screen and dual sim card facility. 16 mp dual rear camera and 8 mp front camera. The photos and videos are very good quality. My wife really impressed with the quality of the photos. The quality calling is good and music quality is good. It comes with 4 GB RAM and default storage of 64 GB and supports up to 128 GB. It has the features of Android 9, water proof, dust proof, 6.2 inch touch screen, finger print security lock option. It has 5580 mAh battery which gives more days of power backup around 4/5 days. We can insert 2 nano SIM cards. Supports wireless charging. Phone box comes with phone, adapter, USB cable, Ear phones, phone protective flim alnog with user manual. I really loved this phone.

I recommend this phone . . . only if you're experienced with phones and android
This is a great phone. great processor, lots of ram, lots of storage, great display, fast hotspot. Amazon's service was great. But the documentation is shameful, barely adequate to activate the phone. and their version of English still has me questioning what they meant to say here and there. It's a nice phone, performs phone expectations well.

It's ok
Love the phone a lot but don't like that the charger port is so deep inside the phone I got to find a charger that has extra length to reach to connect I've bought two so far that won't work very frustrating

Avoid at all co$t.
It's seldom that I write reviews, even less often will I write a negative one. However,, I'm sorry to say that the good folks at Blackview totally missed the mark with the 9600. This phone is anything--but rugged. There's not a rugged thing about it. The screen is inferior, they must have cut some corners and not use gorilla Glass on the screen. And who in their right mind would put a glass back on a phone and then go out and call it rugged??!? That has got to be the biggest engineering flaw I've ever witnessed. I've had several rugged phones before this one including the ulefone as well as a couple of other Blackvue models. This one being the absolute worst rugged phone I have ever used. After a couple weeks of only make the the back on it cracked, which was horrible. However I was able to live with, not covered under manufacturer's warranty? An engineering flaw like that? A few weeks later the phone fell again from a short distance, shattering that lovely glass back. Now after a very short fall from the dashboard to see and then to the floor, the screen has shattered. All I can say is gorilla Glass, my a$$. The only thing rugged about this phone is the price.

Lasted Less Than a Year
Having had a BV8000 that lasted about two years before the battery became an issue, we were comfortable going with the newer BV9600E, in hopes that it would also be resilient. It wasn't half as solid as the 8000. The 8000 had a good exterior that would not crack. The back of this one cracked on one of the first drops (of less than 4'). I've bought new charging cords to make sure it wasn't a cord issue, but the 9600E just doesn't want to charge after a few months. I contort and manipulate it into all manner of positions to make sure it'll take a charge. And it still doesn't. It was charging when I went to bed last night. This morning, the battery is completely dead - after being on the charger all night. If I could get something like the 8000, I might give Blackview another shot, but I won't try one of these again.
