Several vendors steered me away from these at first, and if you don't ever stack pans and/or buy in substantial volume I could see why. Was hesitant to buy at first due to the initial cost, but like most Vollrath product, was reassured I'd made the right choice upon receipt. Very high quality. Thick gauge and flawless construction will last me to my grave. A significantly more rigid cover piece that affords no concerns over stacking heavily laden pans.

Fits a one third size steam pan. Sturdy, no rust after a couple months of use. Edges are not overly sharp, which is good. Made in USA and good quality.

These fit exactly perfect. However they are very pricey for something that has already began to rust at the handle joints.

サイズバリエーションが豊富で丈夫で何かと便利なスーパーパンをいくつか愛用しています。これまでカバー（蓋）については無頓着でしたが、セールだったこともあってお試し感覚で今回初めて購入してみました。結果は正解、あった方が保存にも調理にもやはり便利、ハンドルがフラットに付けられているので重ねられるし、上に他の物を置いたりも出来ています。高さがある程度あるスーパーパンならサイズの合うカバーを持っていると本体の用途が広がっていいなと思いました。
