Great help to get all the photos off my phone.
This memory stick is a great help. It's super easy to use and has enough space to transfer all the files I need. I transfer files between my phone and computer all the time and this device makes it so much easier. It's also got a fair amount of storage space. I also really like the visual design, it's real sleek and cool looking.

Very good product
I was surprised how easy it has become to expand Apple storage on my iPad. Once I inserted the flash drive into the iPad, it took me to the App store to download the needed app. The app includes a file manager. In no time could I create different folders and download images from the internal storage to the USB storage. Thanks to all included adapters, I can now view the images on my Android phone with micro USB, on my home laptop with USB-3 connector and on my work laptop with USB-C connector. All speedy and without glitches. The website does not mention it, I think, but the stick includes an USB-C adapter as well. I believe one needs to be reasonably cautious when using this stick with the USB-C attached because it gets quite long and one needs to pay attention not to accidentally bump into the drive. Overall, the flash drive is exactly what I was looking for.I will update this post should this good experience change.

Multi-Device Flash drive(LIGHTENING,USB,MINI-USB, & TYPE-C)
This flash drive has every option to connect to any platform device which makes this device so unique. I travel a lot for work, I always worried about connecting my phone to hotel computer and print some necessary files. This dude makes my job easy and secure. I just need to plug into my device, move required files and pop the other side USB and stick to the hotel computer and print it. So easy and worry-free.

Great!
It can be used with any phone I own or buy. I took pictures of nature and used up a lot of memory on my phone and SD card. This is so easy to use and stores all my files. Not just photos and movies, but all the stuff on your phone that USES up memory unnecessarily. This is by far the most useful item I've bought on amzon

Not what I was hoping for...
The new iPad Pros with the USB-C connections are able to use hubs, and you can connect external drives to them as expansions of their internal storage, all made possible by iPadOS 13.I bought this drive (32Gb version) hoping that I would be able to use it with my 10.5" iPad Pro with a Lightning connector (and running iPadOS 13) as a way of extending the internal storage. Alas, no.My iPad is unable to access the drive; apparently the "Y-DISK" app is absolutely required for the iPad to be able to see any files on the drive. I cannot tell you how the drive works with the Y-DISK app; I simply am not willing to install it on my iPad (it's a Chinese app, and I have absolutely no idea what security risks might come with it, Apple's App Store is not enough of a guarantee for me to download this app...)The drive itself is certainly physically solid, with metallic construction and an unusual "heft" to it, but the speeds are uninspiring. Running BlackMagic on it I got write speeds consistently in the low 20's (MB/s), and read speeds around 38MB/s. Not the worst I've seen on a so-called USB 3.x drive, but pretty close, and certainly a far cry from the ~40MB/s write and ~90MB/s read speeds I have seen on a few that are priced similarly. The main thing you're paying for here is the flexible connectivity. I'll admit I found the USB-A connector that folds away to reveal a micro-USB connector embedded in it was pretty cool. And they did include a USB-A to USB-C adapter in the box with the drive.Still, the inclusion of a Lightning connector implies that they could like you to use this with Apple products, and what I see here just isn't ready to play. It doesn't work with an iOS device without the app, and its speeds are poor in use with a MacOS device. If it worked with iOS without the app I would be able to look past the slow speeds, but lacking that I just really don't see anything to recommend it.

Very difficult to use (no instructions and the hint sheet is teeny-tiny print)
I'm a tech person and I can't get this to work at all. There are no instructions and I haven't been able to find any port that it will fit on any of our android phones (supposedly it works with android). or pads. We'd hoped to save time and effort to off-load photos and docs to this and then upload to the PCs (the USB port does fit) but since it doesn't fit any of our phones or pads it can only be used as a regular flash-drive (thus the higher stars than usual for an item that doesn't work for what we wanted).

Keeps Stopping (UPDATE)
Starting with 2 stars, it works but then quits at 19%. I loaded the app as required (Y-Disk) then proceeded on to take the photos off the iPhone. It just stops and I get a message "Device Unplugged". If it doesn't work soon will be buying another brand. If anyone has an answer I am more than willing to listen.UPDATE: Started off with 2 stars, will now give it 5. The seller contacted me by email and he replaced the item FREE of Charge at his cost, sent me another device on his own. Also explained why every once in awhile a device like this may fail. Completely honest and was true to his word. I received the new one today, it took several minutes and my photos were transferred. Its nice to know there are still sellers who stand behind their product. Well done......

Says 128G but only 116G
I was excited. 128G. But it’s on”y 116G. Right out of the box. Literally. That’s not right. It’s normal that a little space is used by the software but 12G. I wonder what other software is hidden on the disk. Spyware? Malware? Defective? I’m not sure which.
