Absolutely Perfect...
A place for everything and everything in its place. This bag has so many pockets, and is even further expandable with additional pouches. Extremely easy to get on and off. So comfortable and balanced I forgot I was even wearing it.I durable high quality bag I'm planning on using for years to come.

Built like a tank, comfortable, and a must buy
The quality control is outstanding. The materials and assembly are top notch. The bag is comfortable and even fits huge men with barrel chests. Stop reading and buy this bad boy. Only complaint is that Amazon doesn’t do a great job with the color descriptions. I thought I was getting a different color but got one that was olive green. I love it, but still.

Pockets E.V.E.R.Y.W.H.E.R.E
I have never owned a bag with so many pockets in such a small form factor. I bought it to use for all sorts of stuff, including carrying bits and bobs to picnic and to trail with the kids, and it does more than what I was expecting. The construction quality is also top notch: construction materials feel very robust and very well put together. It's also comfortable to carry in different configurations. If you add weighty items (you know, life stuff made out of steel...), it's also a lot more convenient to bring with me than my much bigger 50L bag.Worth every penny.

Discontinued
So this bag is great. The color, however, is discontinued. Also, the strap is not long enough for tall people. I am 6'3, and the bag only goes to my mid-flank at maximum strap extension. In an effort to fix this, I went to order a Janus strap extension pocket. This is where I ran into the problem of the discontinued color. There is no Janus in OD Green. It's too bad; this color is awesome. But for taller folk amd people that want to accessorize their pack, you might want to choose a current color such as khaki or foliage green.

Excellent Combination Pack
Maxpedition's quality is unparalleled, so the quality of the versipack is as high as one would expect. However, the utility of this pack is really high, as well. The shoulder strap allows for comfortable wear and the flexibiltiy of carrying a larger backpack, as well, if needed. The water bottle pouch is a perfect size for a Camelbak bottle or other sport bottle and the clasps are all high quality and easy to use with gloves on. The gusset for the inner compartment helps keep the contents secure and dry and the main compartment is shallow enough that you should be able to retrieve items by feel without having to dump it all out.

Awesome
Strong as hell, not too big, and carries all the stuff. I like the big waterproof pouch- makes me feel safe with electronics in there. I originally didn't care for the bottle-pouch, until I got a Yeti that fit right in there- now it's my good friend.

Best EDC bag on the market!
This bag is EXACTLY what I needed for an EDC bag. The quality is top notch (Though I expected that from Maxpedition), and there is ample space to carry everything I need from day to day. I also purchased the Maxpedition Gear Sneak Universal Holster Insert with Mag Retention to keep my Springfield XD Mod 2 .45 duty secure when I need to carry off-body. The shoulder strap is very comfortable, and the waist strap makes things even more comfortable for long hikes. Well done, Maxpedition!

Great bag
Lots of storage with a dry sac built into the main compartment. I’d be willing to go as far to say the Maxpedition bags are of the same quality as 5.11, definitely worth the money. I also like the quick release at the front of the shoulder strap so you don’t have to pull it over your head if you need it off in a hurry. Only complaint is that the keep holder is at the back of the bag instead of the front so it can be a little awkward to reach your keys. I put a molle D ring style attachment on the front of mine for this reason. Otherwise would definitely recommend this bag

Recomended / Adventure travel bag.
I use this bag for my travels to carry 2 small cameras, a Sony NEX 7 with 10/12 lens & Olympus EM1/12/40 lens +75/1.8 lens. Lots of pockets for memory cards , leads & passport etc.I have used Maxpedition bags for years & they are far superior to any camera bag you can buy.highly recommended.
