Protective Case for Pax 2 (Black)

The media could not be loaded.  The case fits right. Nothing floppy. The charger points are accessible as well as the mouthpiece and oven lid. The silicone brings the outer temp down so your hand is not as hot.

I actually waited to buy the Pax 2 until I was sure these guys made an updated version. Worth the wait! This is the most important accessory I have bought for the Pax 2. I think complaints about the charge connection are a little overstated personally, but it is a little bit harder to line up - no getting around that.These do tend to wear out over time, so I may buy another as a back up - it's well worth the investment. I also stand by my theory that it improves battery life, since the heat is retained slightly more with the wrap. Have not tested this personally.

Doesn't charge with the case on. Such a hassle to keep taking it on and off to charge. Why even make a cut out for charging if it doesn't work?

As many others have posted, my charger doesn't make contact with the connectors on the Pax 2 when this is on. I like the protection it provides, so I choose to take the case off when I need to charge it. I really don't think they could make the silicone skin any thinner in that area.I believe the charging issue is more a fault of some chargers and not necessarily the case. On my charger, the pins are somewhat recessed (about 1/32 - 1/16"), and if they weren't I believe it would make contact. I haven't seen too many Pax 2 chargers, but I suspect this pin recess varies on different chargers, which is why some people can get the charger to make contact with this case, and others can't.

Horrible product. The pax 2 will not charge with this on and the combination of how tight it is and thin it is it ripped in half one of the first times I took it off to charge.

Cover doesn't allow contact with the charging electrodes. You have to cut out a charger - sized hole in back. Kinda way bad design. Comfortable grip when you finish cutting it up. Silicon sleeve tears very easily, so be very careful doing the cutting.Addendum: I've just spent time cutting out a big chunk of the back, to fit over the charger and it works fine. I think that a reasonable retail price of under $10 would be more realistic, considering how simple it is. Guess startup costs have to be recovered, but still..... Can't recommend it at $25 though.

Love it so far was scared to scratch my beloved PAX.Works as intended keeps fromBurning your hand...4 stars because it doesn't cover bottom but that would be a pain to take off every time u refill.Charging still works fine u may have to move it a bit.other wise it's perfect !!!!Sad thing is I'm getting the end caps or a smell prof case which won't fit with this skin :(

Fits perfectly, keeps down the radiant heat from the oven while on the highest setting. It even allows for the Pax 2 to charge while the sleeve is on.
