Definitely did not receive what is shown in the description. The pic shows a switch on the side that goes up/down to change the water pattern. Not on this cheap one. Only on/off button.YOU CANNOT SWITCH THE SPRAY PATTERN ON THIS, WTHTHAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING MAN

UPDATE: got replacement... same poor quality. Will be sending back because of that. Wouldn't recommend buying this. SorryTerrible quality control. I was so excited to received this shower head handle. I installed it just to find out that something wasn’t working properly. Apparently the plate with tiny holes was put in the wrong direction which caused the water pressure to drop down and water was spraying all over the place from holes. When I flipped it around, the shower stream got slightly better. But the shower head started to spray water in all kind of directions again. I took it apart again to clean the plate, in case there were some particles from the “ceramic beads”, and when I took it apart, the whole thing just felt apart. There was some small crystal ball and spring inside that felt to my tub and rolled to the drain, before I was able to catch it. It’s a junk now. Sending it back for refund. Cheap Made in China product.

If your goal is to filter your hard water, I suggest looking for better shower heads. It was great at first. It does have the 3 modes as advertised and the stop/start button. I already had a hand held shower previous to this one so install was super easy and I had a hook for it to rest in. My problem is two weeks after hooking it up, my skin is itchy from the hard water again. TWO WEEKS! Who wants to buy replacement filters every 2 weeks ?! Also it sprays sideways from some of the holes now. If the filter lasted at least a month, I would have given it more stars. You may as well put more money upfront into a quality filter to spend less in the long run.

After watching several videos of this shower head, I was excited to try it. Seeing is no longer believing. The water pressure advertised exists only in videos. I can flip the faucet upright and aim it at the ceiling (like in the videos) and there isn't a strong stream of water. Instead, it struggles to not pool on the face of the shower head. I used the hose attachment that came with it and it was installed correctly. I took a shower last night and really struggled to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. This shower head replaced a 2 year old shower head that had lime build up from hard water and that head had better pressure in its current condition than this toy faucet. I really wanted to leave a good review, but I really wanted to take a shower more. But, it was cheap. I honestly don't think a more expensive shower head of the same design would matter. It is plastic with plastic beads. If you buy this, you won't be out much money. Just out the effort to replace the shower head and recover from disappointment :)There is nothing wrong with our water lines nor pressure in the house. The only bad thing is, I have hard water, which this thing is advertised to help.

Pros: powerful, looks cool, water does feel cleaner in a sense.Cons: doesn't hold in place, doesn't feel good when it falls and hits you in the head. I placed a photo above to show how silly it was manufactured.It's really just weird how it doesn't hold the shower head bcuz who enjoys holding the shower head while they shower? Well if you do. This product is for you, if not, this product is NOT for you.Having a hard time understanding why they wouldn't design the shower holder better lol.

This shower head is pretty, but not very practical for taking down to rinse my daughters hair, or rinsing after I scrub my tub. It falls off very easily, and when the showers running if youve taken it down at all, as soon as the water goes through filter it weighs the showers head down then falls off.

I like this shower head a lot. But it’s not the best quality and neither is the equipment to hang it on the shower. My sister and I have had this in our apartment for a few months now but we broke the holder within a couple of weeks because the shower head did not fit in it properly so it kept popping out. Eventually we had tried to push it in there so many times it snapped. We still use it but had to MacGyver it with zip ties to hold it up 🙄

The water pressure is nice. The balls need replacing rather quickly. The plastic casing is not very sturdy and cracked and now sprays water everywhere and has reduced pressure.There is no way to replace the individual parts which is sad.If any of the cheap parts break you need a whole new kit.Not sure I'll buy again.

I had to change my review. After two weeks the shower head was stuck on one setting. It was the best one so I wasn't super upset about it. However three days later it got stuck on a weird mix of two setting and now only a little water comes out. We took it completely apart to make sure everything was okay and nothing seems amiss so I don't know what happened to it. There seems to be no way to get a replacement and overall I'm very disappointed.

The wall bracket is useless. The shower head is quite heavy and falls right out of the bracket. It is almost like it is the wrong bracket. The contour of the tube/pipe and handle are a completely different shape than the collar on the bracket. The shower head itself has a nice strong flow but the issue with the bracket makes this an almost useless purchase. Disappointed and would not recommend.

So compared to the big bulky shower spa I had before it does the same thing without the big price tag. My skin is already sensitive, but definitely noticed a difference in water quality and water pressure is good. The sticky part that comes with it to mount in your shower was pretty much useless for staying on, but the shower head bottom is standard size, so I just used the mount from an old hosed shower head, which I believe you can just buy on their own as seen in my picture which made for a quick install.

We live in the country and are on well water and we don’t have the best water pressure but this shower head changes all that. It is awesome all 3 settings are great and it has a pause button so you don’t waste water. The beads are a filter and it’s awesome!!!!

Our water is extremely hard! Bought our 1st shower head before Christmas! Absolutely loved the shower head! We noticed our skin wasn't as dry. Even our hair was softer. The 3 different nozzle speeds are cool! Nice to adjust the water streams. So with all of us loving the new shower head I bought a 2nd one for our other bathroom!Note: I didn't use the metal piece to attach it to our shower wall i bought the attachment that screws right on the shower spout so the shower nozzle stays up.
