Q: What is the shelf life? Trying to decide when to order foe party.

Sorry can't say for sure but I took about 4 months to get rid of all of what I ordered and it was just as good at the end as it was on day one.

Q: How big are the bags?

Their weight is 1 ounce. 160 calories per bag. There are about 15 chips in each bag.

Q: How do you protect the chips from being crushed in US mail? I bought a bag and it came flattened.

I pay the extra cost to have the bags of chips wrapped in bubble wrap, so they should arrive to the customer in tact.
