CAP Barbell Deluxe Double D Handle with Rubber Handgrips

Looks thin, it is not. Perfect for landline rows to hold the bar

The reason I bought this, is that the D shaped handle is deeper than other handles. So when I do crossovers, cable curls, or similar exercises, the handle misses my wrist bones, and touches farther down my wrist. That makes it much more comfortable to use than the cheaper handles with shallower handles. The rubber handle is well sized, and rotates well with some lube. Webbing based handles are also comfortable, but they fail from wear when under load - which isn't very safe. So I'll stick with this handle. As others mention, this handle isn't pretty up close. Welds are a bit ugly, plating not so good in places, and the D is not quite symmetrical. But from 3 feet away, it looks just fine. Add a little grease to lubricate it, and it works just fine too.

Prices on workout equipment seem to be fluctuating quite a bit during COVID, so for context for this review: I paid $19.99 for this.It's much heavier duty than I anticipated and seems quite solid. Instead of foam that can get brittle or ceaxk, the grips are dense rubber. This will work great for rows with my home gym pulley system.

Is very excellent to do back workouts

Solid attachment for what I need, however be warned the the grips are not soft. Almost more of a plastic than soft rubber. Not a deal breaker for me.

I didn't expect this thing to be that sturdy and heavy. It feels amazing with the rubber grips and it's so strong this thing will last forever. Way better than I expected, I bought it because the other one I wanted sold out but now I'm happy it did. Worth every penny and then some.

This fitness machine attachment was much better than I had expected.We all may have used the attachments at the gym that had a metal waffle-grip and seemed to be from the cold war eastern block plate metal imagined fashion.This attachment is attractive polished metal with well-crafted rubber grips - not bicycle foam, mind you - it is high quality dense rubber firmly attached to the handles to create comfort and easy lifting without hand pain.This is truly an exceptional product.

This new addition to my home gym is a great buy! The rubber handles are thick and have a nice grip to them. It does have a high-polish chrome finish. It is nice and heavy and serves its purpose. This was a much needed investment for v-bar pull downs and rows. I am very happy that I didn't even have to use gloves. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that would like this attachment!

Got this for a bargain £16.90, well built, does the job

During the COVID-19 problem, I realized that I needed a Double D handle for my PRECOR USA machine in my home gym set-up, to primarily do my back exercises, since it never came with the gym back when I bought it, and now my outside gym is closed.I found the CAP Double D here on Amazon, at a reasonable price point, so I ordered it and it came within 2 days on PRIME. Outstanding! I was very surprised at the quality of the piece, it is sturdy, has solid rubber grips , which is great so there is no sliding or losing one's grip, and is very well built, with welded joints and fully chromed finishing. I use it for my back workouts regularly, and it fits great onto the cables. I would highly recommend this both on quality and price, as well as seller reliability.
