I bought this back in September of 2020. Along with the builder base and some colors all by this particular manufacturer. I read the Allergy warning in the description but since I never had any issues with acrylics, gels or dip powder, I didn’t think I would react any way.Honestly I was attracted to both the price and outstanding reviews. I used it both over tips and natural nails. The quality of the products is amazing, no chipping, cracking or discoloration. Super easy to apply and self leveling.A few months into regular wear my cuticles started swelling up. I didn’t automatically make the connection between the gel and just thought I had an eczema outbreak because I never reacted badly to any nail products. My nail started lifting and the swollen cuticles persisted. I scheduled a dermatologist visit and was told to remove my nails immediately. Apparently o had a severe allergic reaction to it. When I told the dermatologist I’ve been wearing gel for several months, she told me it often takes months for the allergy to build up in your system.When I removed my nails, I was left with about half a nail bed, bruised and swollen cuticles and damage that required several Cortisone shots, topical steroids and an antibiotic to prevent infection. It will take months to repair.I’m not implying the products are bad, I’m just saying that you should be careful. Please patch test maybe a toenail for a few months to see if there are any reactions. Been using this product along with several of their polish colors for several months and still as giddy about using as the first time I tried it. I’m a nurse in my 50’s with an autoimmune disease so my nails get thin, crack/peel easily no matter what supplements I use or what my diet is like. Not to mention they take a huge beating at work. Aside from making my hands unattractive, tearing up my nails at work can make the ends of my fingers very painful. When removed properly this stuff doesn’t tear up my nails and my bare nails seem more stable after wearing this product. Longevity is amazing….usually about 3 weeks before I feel like they look like they need redone. OCCASIONALLY I’ll have one nail that will start to peel off, but takes just minutes to redo. I think that’s happened maybe twice in the last 3 or 4 months.PERFECT consistency, excellent lasting shine….this stuff is better than the salon equivalent I’ve had in EVERY SINGLE category.Make sure you prep the nail….I lightly wipe my nail bed with an alcohol wipe prior to application, that seems to help it stay on so well.AMAZING PRODUCT

Put this in your cart RIGHT NOW!!!I have been using another popular Amazon brand that rhymes with needles 😉 and they did fine but would have Dulling within an hour or two after doing your nail 😣.My favorite colors is by this brand (a hot pink and black) because they are thick but not too thick, so I thought I should try the top coat. And why not try the MIRROR FINISH base and top coat (can you hear the angels singing?).Let’s just say I’m NEVER EVER EVER going back to the other brand!I love this so much after two days it’s still super shiny like the second it came out of the lights.So impressed!This brand wins again!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with aimeli products but my top coat was chunky and solidifying as I put it on my nails this weekend. Upset bc It was a brand new bottle

I LOVE the original formula of base and top coat by this brand. However, my base coat had started leaking out of the bottle so I figured I could just replace both while I was at it and saw the new formula. The old formula (I used it for right at six months) I could go 2.5-3 weeks without chipping or cracking. This was not the case for the new one. My thumb cracked the same day I did the manicure, but I left all my nails alone just to see how long it would last. I have not done any out of the norm activity and within a week most of my nails have chipped, cracked, or generally not held up well. My nail on the middle finger of my right hand chipped and took layers of my nail with it, so I had to file it down. Definitely recommend the original formula in the pink bottle, it’s so much better!

This item works great. It's a little thick but I but it in some warm water to thin it out. I wish it was a little bigger as well.

My polish lasts soooo much longer than it does when I used the normal Aimeili base and top coat. This new version is so much more durable and my nails literally feel stronger!! Amazing product, will continue to buy moving forward. Wayyy better than the other one
