Easy to Install
I have nothing negative to say about these replacement pulsator caps for my Samsung washer. They easily snapped into place. The only question is will they last longer than the original parts? I will update my review if there are durability issues.

They fit and work
These fit great on our Samsung wash machine as a replacement part. The only frustrating thing is that this part tends to break often. I think I’ve gone through six of these in the life of my wash machine. I am glad this replacement part is available on Amazon, it seems to do the job. I just wish they would stop breaking, but feel that is on Samsung for making it a faulty thing in the first place. I’m giving it four stars since they do seem to still break eventually - but it is a part flaw, not a flaw of the seller.

Cheaply made
The media could not be loaded. These are not well made you can see the paint came off and now the button clips have all broken off. Good thing it was a pack of 2.

Trash. Coating peeled
Coating peeled off in about two months. Found little pieces of flaky chrome plastic in my clothes. Unacceptable for an item like this. Do not buy.

Not metal it’s plastic
These came in a two pack and arrived very quickly which we needed. The first one we put in the prongs broke, the second one we put in clicked in place and after three loads of laundry it’s still holding. They are plastic so who knows how long it will last.

Easy to install, worked as advertised. I guess time will tell whether it's as durable as the OEM part but after a few months so far no issues
