for the money? Bought to clean connectors on my truck. had to use the smallest one cuz the larger ones kept bending. bristles are very stiff. more so than the shaft, lol .

They sure got the miniature part right - the 1mm and 1.5mm are incredibly tiny, amazing that they can even craft a metal bristle brush that small. BRM is high quality in just about everything these sell and these brushes are the same. It's hard to find tiny brushes in metal and the little nylon ones sold for carb or paint nozzle cleaning sometimes don't have the stiffness needed. I would have rather had these in brass but those don't seem to exist. The pin vise is standard fare china with a laser etched BRM logo...two double-ended collets and you'll need three of those ends to cover the range in this set. The pin vise is actually decent quality. Bristles are quite stiff but used and sized correctly they'll do a great job - shaft stiffness varies by size with the smaller ones being pretty bendy. There is a really negative review on the SAE kit for these which is rather ridiculous, imho - these really are great brushes with the only negative being the high price for the set - there's another set on here from a company that I can't recall, but it's a few bucks less with a different size range not including the smallest in this set from BRM. Well worth buying if you have the need for these.
