Excellent.
I'm so pleased with this VR headset. With stuff like this it's worthwhile doing your homework. Destek did well on a lot of online VR headset reviews and that, along with a lot of the features made it an easy choice.Firstly, it's a premium product, which means there are much cheaper but inferior headsets. I guess you have to decide if you want quality experience or just something that ultimately will disappoint you. This doesn't disappoint. It has an excellent wide field of view. The lenses give crisp and clear viewing. Underneath there is the provision to alter the lenses to your perfect pupil distance which makes a huge difference to your viewing experience. The head strap too is easily adjustable making the whole thing very comfortable. The foam face mask helps with the comfort and is removable enabling you to clean it. (Which if you use it as much as I seem to be, is a good idea.) The one handed Bluetooth controller could be easier in my opinion but it works well and you get used to it quickly enough. The best part of all of this is that the manufacturer has gone to the extra effort of making short instructional video's showing you how to do EVERYTHING. Genius - just scan the QR code. Finally inside the drop down front flap there is another QR code to configure your phone specifically to the V5. Ideal.Very pleased with my purchase.Happy to recommend.

Decent for beginners
VR seems to be a popular topic nowadays and I've previously owned a cheap little set a couple years ago. I thought I'd venture back into it by getting a more costly VR to see if there was any comparison to those headsets like Oculus / PS VR / Vive etc. After testing other headsets out at exhibitions and events, I found that this VR headset didn't really live up to expectations. In terms of looks, it looked quite chunky and heavy to wear. The straps were a huge help in getting it to fit my head to try and make it as comfortable as possible but unfortunately, it wasn't as comfortable as I'd thought. Wearing glasses with this headset is possible but reduces the comfort factor as it pushes against my nose when the phone is inside. However, the face mask was pretty soft around the face so lessened the uncomfortable feeling.I couldn't really wear this one for longer than 10 minutes - I just felt sick if I tried to wear this any longer. My phone is 5.7" and also has a case but it still managed to fit in easily. The foam kept the phone aligned and secure inside the headset. There were a wide variety of apps to use - I downloaded Cardboard from the Google Play Store as the QR code in the front of the headset took me there, Fulldive VR as it was one of the highest rated VR apps and ping pong vr just for the sake of testing it.However, saying this, there aren't too many apps / games to be using yet - I think I'll wait a few years until VR has evolved more! The picture quality was decent after adjusting the lens' using the little sliders at the bottom of the headset when wearing it, but with the weight pushing down against the nose, I found that I had to regularly bring the headset up so that the lens' were aligned so that I could see clearly. The remote is a nice accessory but I didn't really have much to be using it for. It can control the volume on the phone and play/pause music but for now, functionality is somewhat limited. It takes 2x AAA batteries and connects to phones through Bluetooth. It also comes with a nice carry case as well as a free gift - a wooden phone stand!Perfect for those beginners who want to venture into VR and have a taste. If this was helpful, please tap that helpful button below - Cheers!

For the money its OK. Narrow field of vision
For the money these are 'ok'.Picture quality will all depend on your phone. I have a 4k phone so the 4k VR videos are pretty good to watch. Not like watching on a TV but for VR purposes it's fine. The biggest issue for me with this headset is the field of vision. Compared to say the Samsung Gear VR, thia unit has a very narrow field of vision. You can see blocks either side, which for me takes a lot of the realism away from it. It's like your viewing life through an open box. The Samsung VR unit has a wide field and therefore feels more real and immersive. The remove is almost worthless as the only buttons I managed to get to work were the pause and back buttons and volume. The joystick never worked and neither did the other buttons. All in all I would recommend this Headset if you're short of cash and have never tried VR before. But if you want a good VR experience and have the money, youd be much better off paying for a better headset.

So uncomfortable and not fitting that it is just useless!
I bought the V5 combi with a control. I decided on this headset because it had so many positive reviews on the comfort and picture quality. By the looks of it, this is the updated version "2020" and it seems that the company took the good reviews as a chance to squeeze some more pennies out by lowering down the quality.First thing that you notice unboxing the headset:the nice protective storage bag has been replaced with a thin single-use plastic bag.The foam padding inside is much thinner than in the pictures of previous customers. Even the headsed has 3 adjustable straps, you simply can't make this headset fit so no light comes in from a side. It is much too wide on the side and in the best position possible it just crushes your nose and feels extremely uncomfortable - i don't even have a big nose! You also can feel the plastic edge through the thin padding and when you take the mask off you have all marks on your cheek, forehead and nose. You can see on my pictures how unergonomicly it is shaped and doesn't fit to my head. I also don't have the smallest head and 2 other people tried it on too, they all said the same. I also couldn't get the controller to work, even I downloaded all the recommended apps and linked it with bluetooth etc etc. Although the picture quality isn't too bad - this headset is just absolute useless and no fun to use at all.
