Can't understand why there's such a price difference between the KeyOne and KeyTwo. The KeyTwo I received had spongy buttons as if the referb had been used by a giant. So I returned it for a KeyOne which I'm completely happy with. The scrolling keyboard function and fp reader are awesome. You get the real feel of a physical keyboard and option of an electronic one. They don't carry too many modern apps so you'll miss out there unless using it for basic messaging. They're unlocked with a sturdy simcard tray. And a very solid feeling slender phone in general. Again the price difference boggles me. In all essence I would recommend the cheaper model.

i have been a blackberry fan for many years, I have recently been updating phones. i have the Keyone. bought this one because my keyone is acting up. to my big disappointment. on this phone you can NO LONGER use SD card for internal storage. this is the biggest rip off in "smart phones" blackBerry is supposed to be all about security. the biggest hole in security in having to be forced to use 3rd party companies to store things. why have a 2tb sd card if it cannot be used as internal storage??????? glorified paper weight.

Loved the phone. Sadly couldn't get service with USA carrier.
