Tasty and Good For You!
Great with Pasta, on Toast or in a Salad. Mackerel is a favorite of mine. A good source of Omega 3. John West make the best canned fish, in my opinion. They always take great care to remove tiny bones and the cans are always easy to open. Fantastic price for 6 cans because individually they are quite expensive in supermarkets.

I have bought this for years, it used to be something I would eat for comfort .Try this: empty the can into a bowl add a tea spoon of mayo, a little salt and pepper, dill and chopped green pepper. you serve if on ryebread or toasted white bread. try it and you will buy it again and again. enjoy.
