holds my bottles better than a king cage. the two buttons actually help to compress the bottle and hold it in place. otherwise, they just flop about. this is lightweight for a metal cage. i could buy a carbon fiber bottle cage, but that's as ridiculous as buying carbon fiber spacers.

I've used these caves on several bikes over thirty years. They were the best cages I've even seen/used.

more stylish than lightweight, these look great on a classic road bike. you can bend them a bit if you need to adjust the tension. beware of corrosion damage to the copper.

. . . this isn't for you (and/or you're my spouse). Either you imprinted on these in the era of Campy delta brakes and Spinaci clip-ons and the copper buttons are things you have to have in your life, or you didn't and they're not. Replaced (lighter, cheaper, perfectly functional) Blackburn Chicane stainless cages on my lugged steel Serotta with these and sighed w/ deep happiness.Note: happily, the cages came without the "Elite" sticker shown in picture. (Aluminum version does have this sticker).Further note: they say these don't scuff your water bottles. That may be, but if scuffed water bottles bother you, seek help. :)

Very good quality and the rubber or plastic tabs will help hold in bottles that don't have the detent in their shape.

Well made, no complaints here. Yeah, made in China but well made to say the least.

nice cage for vintage bikes

Great looking bottle cage for any vintage road bike. The plastic inserts on the top are quite nice for reducing clanking noise when using stainless steel bottles.

Hey Leute.Ich habe mir diesen Flaschenhalter für mein altes Rennrad bestellt, da ich dieses etwas ältere Design einfach passender finde. Jetzt könnte man sagen, Puhhh ziemlich teuer für so ein bisschen Metall was in Form gebogen wurde!Naja…wenn man jetzt mal schaut was diese Plastikdinger teilweise schon kosten, ist es noch okay.Flasche wird sicher gehalten und das ist ja schließlich auch der Sinn dahinter.Von mir gibts grünes Licht dafür!Ride safe!
