The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars is that there are scratches on the metal base and a small darker area on the white chair. Looks like it was possibly a refurbished return. Quality is otherwise good and sturdy. It is what I was looking for and perfectly functional.

After a quick assembly, I was instantly in love. Great seat cushion, incredibly smooth rollers, sturdy construction. Very happy with this purchase.

When I’m using it in the kitchen, I’d like to be able to lock it so that it doesn’t roll away when I’m trying to sit on it, but other than that it’s a nice quality.

The media could not be loaded.  Box arrived with some damage. Wheel base was wrapped first then wheels pushed into the holes through the wrap. That made some of the wheels not stay tightly in place. Had to pull the remaining wheels all the way out, clear off the wrap and reinsert so they'd be seated correctly and not fall out or be loose. I think they could just assemble the base with the wheels first, then wrap it and place a barrier between that and the seat and it wouldn't be a problem. I read alot of reviews where people said they had issues with the wheels not staying on but also read reviews where people said it was a great stool, so I gave it a try.After fitting the wheels in correctly it actually is a great little seat. Rolls very well and easily over hard floors and carpet. Pretty comfortable as well and I'm a big gal.

The wheels don't look like they will hold up over time.

I broke my knee skiing (cry) and can’t put weight on it for 8 weeks. I quickly realized that not only was my ski season over (the best powder season ever!) but I could do very little while using crutches. I ordered this stool and it never came, so I ordered it again and it came quickly and was super easy to put the 3 pieces together with no tools necessary. It rolls well, is height adjustable, and I got my own glass of water! And emptied and filled the dishwasher! And made my son a birthday cake! All things I can’t do on crutches.

Great with one drawback, to rolls at a touch.. am going to jamb something in the wheels to slow it down. My fear is that if the back of my legs touch it when I'm sitting, it will be across the room before my butt hits the seat.

This stool is so beautiful. I put it together in 2 minutes. So easy. It works beautifully and it's so smooth and comfortable the tires roll real nice and quiet it's very sturdy.
