No, you need to get your own SIM card, need to find which network has the strongest signal in your area.

Q: Mine works fine from a txt bot can’t get it to switch on via a phone call, can you help ?

Im not sure but I think you can only use one or the other. When I put it in text mode I can’t phone it.

yes. all you need is the phone number of the sim card and a password and anyone can call it then
