Exactly what I need after swimming, some golf, practicing yoga, taking a long walk, or just at the end of a long and tiring day. Easy to store, hits all the hard-to-reach pressure points. Nice to use while lying down on a yoga mat and watching a little TV.

I had only used foam rollers a couple of times before, but I was immediately impressed with this one. As others mentioned, the foam "nubs" are great for applying a little extra attention to trouble spots. The roller is a bit too big (for me) to keep in a gym bag, but perfect for use at home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good, inexpensive, high-quality hollow foam roller.

I like the softness of the foam. Some rollers are too squishy and others way too hard/plastic feeling. I have used another roller with very firm nubs (raised pressure points) and it actually hurt, too much to bear. This one "digs" in without feeling sharp.I also like the size of the YogaWise Form Roller, it isn’t too big for my small frame as I was worried about, I was able to roll out all over with no problem.I have lacrosse balls for my shoulders but this is perfect for my lower back and hips after sitting in an office chair all day. I did receive this product free from the manufacturer and highly recommend this foam roller.

I was excited to buy a roller since I run a lot and have kinks and soreness I would like to massage out. This roller did not come with an instructional manual which was annoying because I wanted ideas on how to use this on different areas of the body. I had to go out of my way to look on YouTube for videos on how to use and even after I wasn't thrilled about the product. Not sure if I want to return?!?

Love the feel of the roller. And was shocked how strong it was for the size of it. No problem holding my weight. Been using it for a few days now and very happy with this product.I received this product free from the manufacturer.
