I was just ordering and noticed I’ve ordered 15 times. I thought I should leave a review. I love this stuff. I add it my 3L water bottle and drink it all day. It makes it easy to drink a lot of water. I don’t even mix it. Just dump it in and sometimes I won’t shake until way later before I drink. It’s already a pretty dark blue and gone on its own. Two scoops per 3L is good. Sometimes it’s a little more or a little less.

Flavor: Watermelon Tastes great, and left me with a 2 day recovery from a particularly hard leg day (usually a 3-4 day recovery for me on water alone). I will say if I made it the way the directions on the label say, I became nauseated rather quickly. Granted that's normal for me, and expected, so no stars removed for that. Just upped the water to 20oz per scoop and was good to go. It mixes surprisingly well. It clumps a bit after a few minutes without mixing, but it doesn't clump nearly as much as some of the others I've tried, which is black magic if the labeling is correct. If you're worried about the black spots you see, be aware that they use Chia Seeds in this blend. It's not bugs, and if you picked out one of the specs it'd be easy to see that it's not a bug. Please ignore the fear mongers here. I think the only negative might be the price, and even then, finding a BCAA that tastes good is worth it in my mind. If you can deal with the crap flavors of a lot of the competition by all means, but this is delicious. Next order will be Blue Raz to see if that trend continues.

Great taste, mixed very well and dissolved completely in water. I used it twice per day, once in the AM and again post workout. On resting days I would only dose once. I stacked it along with Cellucor's C4. Recovery time seemed a bit improved and I noticed a little less soreness after extended training periods. I've always been a fan of Cellucor products, this one fell a bit short of my expectations. There was some improvement, but only marginal. Cellucor's BCAA formula is solid, and this is a good product, but for me it didn't quite live up to the hype. For those wondering about "chunky" or clumped powder, it seems common in Cellucor products that have been on the shelf for a while or in a humid environment, I see it from time to time in there products. It does not at all diminish the effectiveness or the ability for the predict mix and dissolve as it should. As a habit I will let my powder sit in 4 oz. or so of water for 5 minuets prior to mixing it, makes the process a little easier. .

I've been using this product for over 9 years to reduce muscle soreness and promote recovery after all of my training runs and races. It has a noticeable effect on reducing muscle soreness and getting me prepared for my next run.

To me I consume this product simply because I don't drink soda, nor do I drink alcohol, so this product helps me taste something other than water. If you purchase this product, I don't think the taste will let you down. I've had others in the past and they have a really bad after taste and this one doesn't. I've never shot gunned this so I'm not sure how it tastes going straight to your mouth with very little water.

Great tasting BCAA

I've purchased this flavor and the fruit punch. I actually like the fruit punch just a bit better, BUT I still love these electrolytes. They taste like kool-aid and help me achieve my water goals. I struggle with hypercalcemia (which leaves me most often feeling dehydrated), so this helps me to stay hydrated to some degree throughout the day.
