Great for the price! Very pleased!
This water filter works great. I've never been a water snob and have been content drinking tap water all my life. But when I moved to a new city, the smell of my tap water made me gag. I was loathe to have to buy bottled water all the time, so I opted for a filter for both convenience and cost effectiveness. I got the Kadesh because it was the only one that cost less than $80 with decent reviews. For less than $30, this is a great value. Not only is the horrible smell gone from my water, but it tastes as pure and clean as any bottled water. I just changed out the first filter. I waited about three months, but I maybe should have changed it after one or two. Still, at less than $10 a pop for the replacement filters, you can't complain. I'm drinking pure great tasting water straight from my faucet at a fraction of the cost of more well known brands. So you're probably wondering why I only gave this filter 4 stars. I deducted one star because my husband complained that the canister for the filter was difficult to install, which appears to be a common complaint, and also because it leaks a little from where it attaches the the faucet. Still, it's not difficult to avoid that water from dripping into your glass, pot, or pitcher so that you only get the filtered water. I'd also like to add that it's important to put the filter in the canister the right direction. It will only fit one way, so if you think it doesn't fit, try turning it around. So, overall, despite some minor problems, this filter works well and is a great value and a good alternative to some much more expensive filters.

Good looking & Filtering but won't last long enough !!!
Filters water just fine. Water taste is definitely better but the material used for the mechanism of this Filter Housing is thin plastics and can not last. The shaft of Knob inside of the Housing that switches in between no filtration & filtration breaks easily. Mine lasted less than 2 months even with care. Their support from the supplier was OK but the communication was not so successful. I had explained the problem & asked for a solution but what they sent me was another filter instead of a new Housing. I just gave up on this Filter System even with 2 new filters on hand. I had a Culligan FM-15A before trying this product. it is less attractive looking & I was not so impressed by its filtered water but at least it was sturdier & did not break in use. The construction of Switching mechanism in this one is stainless and it will not break easily. I am ordering new cartridges for Culligan now.

Measured TDS: no difference with tap water :(
I can tell the filtered water seems to taste better than tap water and better than bottled water. This filter also does a good job at removing the chlorine smell. If I look at the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) numbers though, it seems this filter is a scam. There is absolutely no difference between tap water and filtered water, with TDS being around 800 parts per million (EPA recommendation is no more than 500 PPM)Bottled water is at less than 10.Unfortunately I think I am returning this and I'll probably go back to Zero Water.

Really works!!!
This filter works really well! We have well water and while our water doesn't necessarily taste bad, it does tend to have some unknown "floaties" (calcium, I believe) that settles at the bottom of the glass and is, well, gross. The Kadesh Lab Water Filter took all of that out. I even attached a picture of what the water looks like with the filter (left) and without the filter (right) and there is quite a noticeable difference!! This product was easy to install, including a tool to help tighten the attachment fitting to your sink. I only gave it 4 stars because of the poorly translated instructions. Really, we didn't even need the instructions until it came to figuring out how to direct the water to the filter (picture in directions makes it seem like you push the knob like a button, and arrows on the item make it seem like you slide the knob side to side, but really you have to twist the knob - that took us a minute lol) Either way, it is a nice filter and doesn't hinder water flow when you want normal faucet use. I recieved this item at a discount rate in exchange for my honest review and I would recommend it to a friend or family member.

For me, this filter simply didn't work. The filtration was great, and I had no objections to the water quality. But the build quality is just too low. It was hard to get it screwed on to the point where there wasn't a little pinhole of water streaming out somewhere. And from time to time, after a certain combination of operations, the water pressure would build up and the little filter would come shooting out. We used it for a month or so, then threw it away.

I received the water filter two weeks ago. The instructions are vague and although I can usually put things together with instructions, this is not possible. I am now waiting for a handyman to come and install the water filter. I hope the wait is worth it.

Great filter for the price!
I love this product. It was a bit confusing since the instructions where not clear. After I installed it the water quality in way better than getting strraight from the tap. Our water is so bad that I also give are cats filtered water.

Great for a surprise shower
I live by an old mine which makes water purification essential. I really wanted a faucet filter to free up fridge space and when I saw that this unit was a top seller my interest was piqued. I read through a lot of reviews which is why I'm shocked to be giving this a 1-star review. When you turn the faucet on, the pressure shoots the water all over the place instead of in a nice calm stream like in the photo. I've futzed around with it and am quite sure I'm going to have to buy a replacement from another brand. I'm very disappointed and hope to be contacted by the company.
