I found out that you can use this stuff to mark on walls to tell them which way to go at events. You can use it indoors on painted walls to make signs. Does'nt have to be blackboard! I use it on the outside of my apartment door to denote which one I live in. (I can't afford a nice sign plus it's masonry and that would take masonry screws) so I just wrote my name on the brick. Good to have on hand. And if kids show up, all the better.

We have a chalkboard in our house so we use this chalk frequently. I personally use it for holidays and my children (3 & 6) use it regularly as well.We've purchased three times now and have been pleased every time. It does break pretty easily but it doesn't bother us! Will order again.

I tend to purchase products that I know will last! Crayola does not disappoint, ever! Smooth to write, bright colors, the chalks do not break and the product does last. We use these chalks at our restaurant to write the specials boards (5) every day, the reason we go for this product is that it does not expel as much dust as the other brands, that's important for us as we serve food. They erase quickly, and tend not to scratch the surface we are writing on, which means more durability for both the chalks and the surface we are using.

TWO boxes of chalk and just the perfect amount for small everyday use on my kitchen chalkboard and for my grandson to doodle with. I tried those chalk markers and they just aren't the same as real chalk. The colors are pretty vibrant (the yellow and green look a little similar when used on the board, but you can still tell them apart). Just like the good ole days, if you drop a stick it will break. But I can still use the chalk in the smaller pieces- so that was definitely not a deal breaker. Overall- great price for the quality and the amount you get.

I purchased these to use on the first day of school board and they are fantastic! They are very pigmented and don't stain. Easy to wash off and use. When you use them on a wet surface, or pre wet the chalk it applies a thicker even layer and dry quickly. Great for little ones who enjoy sidewalk chalk or for the creative chalk artist who wants to add details to their drawings. 10/10 recommend, especially for the price point.
