Had to order two sizes down
I am petite 5'4 and 130 lb. I wear a 32DDD but mostly a 34 DD. After trying four sizes I finally am settling on an extra small. I started ordering directly from the company and believe I had an large and a medium and both were way too big. I finally ordered a small which felt pretty good but the posture straps in the hole in the middle bulked out and therefore not supportive. You can see this in other people's pictures. This is also not flattering. I finally went to an EXTRA SMALL and is the best fit. All the straps are snug and flush with my skin. My bust is popping up a little bit but I do actually feel the posture support with this size.

Takes getting used to, could stand to have more coverage. Current option is just a bit too small.
Like many other reviewers, I found that how snug this thing is will take getting used to, but I did have a problem zipping it up: it took me several tries to hold the material around my d-cups long enough to even get the zipper connected in the first place! After I finally got the whole thing on and the zipper locked in place I commented to my mother that merely putting this on in the morning had been my workout for the day.In addition, and the reason I think it could stand to have a bit more coverage (or a larger size) is this: According to the size chart, my 190-and-then-some pounds and D cups mean I should be wearing an XL... incidentally the largest size offered on Amazon. And with an XL, my boobs are bulging out the top a little. Not a lot, not to the point of them trying to escape like they've done in some of my supposedly "full coverage" bras, and if I can get them separated this bra fits fine (until I bend over and gravity plus the bra's compression pushes them back into a uniboob). I don't MIND having a uniboob, except when it results in excess sweat, but there really needs to be more material along the front to avoid that bulging. (Anybody care to recommend an insert that can KEEP them separated while I go about my day? Everything I've found so far either means buying a new bra or wearing something while I sleep.)

Good pricey support
My doctor recommended this product. I generally like it as it gives good back and shoulder support (though at a steep price). The material feels good, but I don't like the fact that it is not machine washable. The design though feels a bit dated, especially the tiny hook closure on the front, it feels like putting a corset. The zipper is very well hidden and covered with material as to not irritate the skin. Overall good (but pricey) product.

Sizing Chart Attached Here
This item arrived quickly. I am 55 years old and my size is right on the line from the size chart (I found it on the manufacturers website and it is posted here). I ordered the smaller size for me (Med) in anticipation of the elasticity loosening up over time. I tried it on two ways, over my bra and without a bra under it, and found it most comfortable without another bra under it. My bra size is 32-34 DD and I weigh 145 lbs at 5'6". Adjustment to my breasts after it was on was necessary, pulling my breasts up and apart, one at a time, for best comfort. The zipper has a lock so you must click it down once it is on to engage it. I wore it all day and the zipper did ooze itself down over time but only slightly. I am sure the Large size would have been more comfortable out of the box but the Medium is not bad. Regarding the back support, it is fair but it will not provide relief for those who have more than a slight abnormal alignment of the upper spine. I do NOT believe the item is worth $95. I hope this helps!

Great when it fits
I have one for my daughter and it’s great. I got a medium and it’s too large. So basically doesn’t work. I need to just order a small.
