MASTERCANOPY Durable Pop-up Canopy Tent with Roller Bag (10x10, Khaki)

I am terrible about writing reviews. I buy way too much stuff, and forget about writing them. But for this - I am making an exception. Lengthy but worth the read if you're on the fence:I bought and set this canopy Nov 2021 and it was up 24/7. I had it tied to some attach points on our townhouse as well as staked in the ground. In Oregon we get some wind and lots of rain over the winter, my last canopy (not this brand) tore to shreds. This one withstood all of that with no issues whatsoever.Where it failed was where every brand would fail - my roommates dog was on the leash, got excited, wrapped himself around the leg and bolted. It ripped the aluminum leg in half. I rigged it up and got it to work again (barely) and my roommate was saying he would pay to replace it. Instead of having him pay for a full replacement, I decided to reach out to the company and see if there were any replacement parts available, save him some money. After a couple back-and-forth emails they sent a photo and I pointed out what I needed. They said it was going to ship from China and it was fairly expensive ($50 total) but I figure that's cheaper than an entire canopy!Fast forward 7 weeks - it arrived today! It was a full entire leg, not just the bottom piece I needed, which makes me feel even better about the $50 I spent, because now I have more spare parts if needed.I recently moved to SC, and this will be put up in the backyard and put to USE as the sun out here is brutal and much different than what I'm used to from the PNW. I can edit my review after more usage but I know it won't change in a few months - this canopy was the best canopy purchase I have made in the last 15 years and I am extremely happy. Great purchase for the $$We are going to be buying their canopy with walls to set up at markets for my girl's business selling baked goods and macarons. After using this canopy, I won't be looking at other brands anytime soon. If you're on the fence, pull the trigger on this one and you will not be disappointed!

Delivered on time, easy to set up with two people and plenty of space. Provided a great deal of shade in my driveway and kept it cool for my driveway sale in hundred degree heat. Be sure to anchor it down if you leave it up. It was even easier to get down even with just one person. The canopy fits easily back into the case it comes with and keeps it neat and ready to go in a hurry. The quality of the canopy was very impressive. The material is heavy and looks as if it will last a long time if you take care of it. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

We have used this tent all summer for festivals and family gatherings. During the hot summer we have had here in Missouri, this tent has kept us cool and out of the sun. We have also purchased the side flaps - not always needed but great to have if necessary. Easy to put up and take down. Tent fits in the carrying case (which has nice wheels) without effort.Tent is very sturdy and lift - overall the best purchase we made this summer. Thank you!

Nice canopy. Took it camping cause knew it was supposed to rain. We did notice drops of rain was able to come through the top area and down the seam. Other than that good quality canopy.

I purchased a 10 x 10 canopy in July 2021, and along with (2) nylon shade sidewalls the final cost was in excess of $225. This canopy had been in the carrying case the entire time in a garage. On only the 4th time every using it, as (3) of us pulled it diagonally to raise it up we heard a "pop". One of the corner braces off the main diagonal truss simply broke loose from its connection. I looked at the damage, and figured I could rig something to fix the problem later. At the end of the day, as we attempted to collapse the canopy, and placing reasonable pressure on the red slider tab to get the main top to slide down? The main strut simply (in that same corner) simply snapped in half, and was now dangling in front of me. As I stared in disbelief, I figured I'd collapse this now useless mess of aluminum, and report the problem to the manufacturer. The warranty for (1) year was basically about (5) weeks over, but I figured if I was honest and told them what had happened? They'd want to make it right? I couldn't have been more wrong. I was basically told in a very polite way, "to go pound sand", and any replacement parts that might be sent overseas would be "on my nickel". Then they had the gall to tell me that ordering parts from overseas would be very expensive to ship, as if any halfwit wouldn't know that? Oh brother. This canopy was far from the cheapest, but I assumed from some reviews that it was of good quality. A product I could count on to reliably enjoy for several years, perhaps a decade or more? It was neither. I can then assume that it doesn't matter to these folks if it's the 1st time you're using it, (or in my case the 4th?), or if it's a day past the "ha...1 year warranty"? Too bad, so sad for you....you're on your own bud. They have your money, and you have a broken, crappy, now worthless pile of aluminum bars. If this had happened to another customer? I would hope that they would let others know of their outrage and disbelief in the seller's response. That's exactly what I'm doing here. Why in the heck would I want to invest another $75 - $100 for replacements parts to be shipped from overseas, on a canopy I can't trust the construction quality of in the 1st place? I of course, would not. So "caveat emptor", and "let the buyer beware". I may have had simply a lemon, and things can happen, I get it......but I've never in recent memory had such unbelievably uncaring customer service from a seller, when the problem was simply NOT MY FAULT. Do yourself a favor, and keep shopping past this nightmare.
