Perfect fit and great price!
This was a great direct replacement battery. The price was great and the installation tabs actually lined up perfectly with the factory screw holes. I had zero issues with the system or charger recognizing the battery and it functions exactly as it's supposed to. A+ from me so far...

Excellent product, great value, and easy to install.
This battery is very good. It took about ten minutes to install, very easy, and it came with the tools. My laptop runs for hours and hours now. I am very pleased with this product and the company selling it.

Came on time and works good
So far battery is in excellent condition and holds a full charge. One of the screw drivers was not correct, good thing I have a precision screwdriver set handy.

Exact replacement for the OEM battery.
I bought the same battery from the same manufacturer four years ago. It gave great service until this week when I accidently drained it to 0% and delayed trying to recharge it. I expect at least four years from this new one.

Battery life is shorter than I expected, installation was fairly easy.

Tools did not fit the screws
The battery appears to be fine, however the tools provided do not fit the screws to the remove the old battery.

Great install kit -instructions/screwdrivers included.
So far the battery life is good. Have not had the battery long enough to rate the battery life.But so far it is working Great.

works and fits like OEM
So far it's working like the original battery. Shows up as charging and working properly in Dell Power Manager. The torx driver provided was too small so i had to find a T8 sized driver to remove the battery from the laptop.
