Not only does Steve give you help for serious spiritual issues but great Biblical truth on how to be healed and set free for everyone ministering at your church today and everyday!

This book is definitely full of practical wisdom for church leaders. Nobody understands the power of joy and speaking "God Speak" like Steve does. I travelled with him for a year and saw his message bring breakthrough and revival everywhere we went. The things he shares are things he learned in real life situations. Steve is the real deal!

I've been waiting for this book over 10 years! What an encouragement to pastors. Super practical and scripturally based. In 10+ years of ministry, I have faced a lot of discouragement. But I'm learning that my personal frustration comes from believing the wrong thing about people or circumstances. This book helps establish core values and truth that govern responses instead of allowing emotions to lead the way. Steve, thanks so much...this book has been a gift to me.

This is a brilliant book for giving you wisdom on how to deal with some of the tricky situations we face as pastors. What really helps is the fact that this book helps develop a strong mindset of hope. The main thing is that it helps you to trust in God and to see how God wants to develop you through situations. Much of what is found in this book was taught to me by Steve when I sat under him in his church leadership class at Bethel. I was so excited when I learned that these teachings were going to be put into a book format! You will definitely want a copy of this book if you are in any form of church leadership!!!

Sooooo helpful and encouraging when circumstances come up within ministry. It is very spot on with some of the lies and truths that are common situations in church settings.
