Also, due to the porous nature of the oven surface, some of the product may be left behind after the cleaning process.Many convection oven manufacturers state that their ovens are basically self-cleaning and do not need anything other than water and mild detergent to clean them. Yes, this stuff is AMAZING for hard water stains! I tried at least 5 other cleaning products before reading that Easy Off in the blue can does the trick. I actually considered purchasing a new shower base because I was so frustrated.The other commenter is right about leaving it on overnight. I had to go through the process twice because the first time I rinsed the shower after only a few hours.

Q: Can I use this on my stovetop?

yes - you can definitely use it on your stovetop. For difficult stains you may have to repeat. I recommend this Highly! You will have a new stove!
