This is what you are looking for guys. This is not a scam, It even arrived well ahead of the scheduled delivery date and is exactly as described. Insane value compared to the local DIY stores. We know why, but that's not a question we need to ask, right? Enjoy the value and an almost half price DEWALT Orbital Brushless. Crazy. Very happy that this completed my cordless collection. Fairly long lasting, reasonable price. Effective sanding.

Great sander that is holding up well after a few years of use. 7 speed settings and easy to change discs. The only issue with extended periods of use is vibration - but that's the same for any power tool.

I believe this is worth the money but it does seem like the motor needs to be a bit more powerful. Dust collection isn't the best but it's still very effective, fits in hand nicely and easy to us. Dewalt being one of the leading brands I was expecting more power if im honest hence the 4 stars.

Random Orbital Sander that works with the 18v XR system. (the US description of 20V Max is the same thing but different laws allow it to be described differently) Much cheaper than the UK version. will only have a 12 month Amazon guarantee not the three year dewalt one. BUT miles cheaper.

Thrilled with my new sander. My technology has moved on. Love the power, efficiency and portability (no mains lead to battle/entangle with). Just love the velcro technology on the sanding discs too. So easy to change papers and grades. Very happy with it.

This is actually my first random orbital sander. I have been doing woodworking for many many years but never got around to buying one. I do have a belt sander, detail sander and sheet sander which have been great to work with. After using this sander for a while now I can say I wished I had bought one earlier. I cannot believe the power that comes out of this cordless sander. Really surprised me. I find I get around 9-10 minutes per amp which is I find pretty good. I was also surprised that a 4 or 5amp battery doesn't put it off balance. Really stable. I never thought I would ever use the variable speed feature but now I like the feature. I really liked it while sanding paint off a veneer. Love it. The dust bag works quite well. Better than any other sander I presently have right now anyway. The main thing I like about the sander is "no cords!". Dewalt cordless tools are awesome. Love the cordless mitre saw tool. One negative about the sander is the size of the top. Built for guys with really big hands I would say. Not that bad but I tried out the Dewalt corded version and like the feel of that one much better. I'll see how goes for the next few months and if things change I'll come back here and let you know.

Easy to use, some people complain about the power button and speed knob being in the way, I never had an issue. The vacuum filter is great, it picks up most of the dust. I heard some people complain the unit is too high off whatever you are sanding, not sure why they claim it's an issue, I don't have an issue with that at all. Battery life depends on what you are using, but I recommend having 3 batteries if you have large jobs so you can continuously charge them. It eats through pads fairly quickly. No vibration, and stops quickly once you turn it off. The speed adjustment is great as well. Great value for what you pay.
