Not sure what doing wrong or if got defective watch. Will not stay on unless plugged in. And then it’s just the main screen, will not change or go to other functions. Even had tech savvy son look at it, he also could not get it to work. Once I unplug it, it goes off although battery show 100%. Sending it back, very frustrated.

The watch is great except for one thing. It doesn’t pick record the temperature

Received the watch today, had easy to use Bluetooth setup and corresponding app. Fitness-related functions seem user-friendly.Screen is not very touch sensitive. Requires multiple long swipes to navigate through screens. It's not sensitive at all to short presses.Review of messaging and notifications is non-existent. I received notifications of texts, phone calls, etc but there is no menu to review these notifications if you don't look at the watch the moment the notification comes in. If this function was added, I would bump it up to 5 stars.

This is my first smart watch (wanted to see if it was worth it.) I've had it less than 12 hours and I already hate it. The "RaceFitPro" app they want downloaded is no longer available? So, I downloaded "H Band" the watch disconnects when you leave the app. I tried 3 others and no such luck. The instructions are clear, but not clear to someone who's first using this product. In the description it says that we can change settings on watch functions, but all I see is the features in the app which, aren't really features at all. I know its not an expensive watch, 50 plus dollars is a lot to some.The watch is adorable and the band is comfortable.The only issue is the app not staying open, not being available. Etc.I'll gladly keep the app running in the background but I refuse to keep the app open at all times.Maybe I'm just having a bad first time? Not sure. Wanting to return just from the app and not knowing how to use it exactly ( yes I read the instructions MULTIPLE times along with my husband. Help?

Bought this for a gift in my son loved it but he misplaced the charging cord. I contacted the seller and they were amazing add getting back to me and helping me get a replacement at a reduced price.

There’s better! What a hunk of junk!!!Some of the 25.00 watches have more functions then this. It’s not touch screen.. it has 1 button that Rotates through the different options and you only have about four options in relation to your sleep pattern, walking and heart rate. You can see the missed call but can’t call out. The function for receiving text messages doesn’t work. Over all a waste of money!

I really like this sports watch, keeps track of my workouts, and sleep pattern, linked to my phone so I see messages and incoming calls, stylish and sturdyOverall Great price! Perfect for an active senior!Highly recommended
