A Guide to Waterless Cooking: (and Greaseless Cooking for Better Health)

I really like this cookbook. It has some basic information as well as other recipes that I will try.

This book has no recipe pictures at all. The recipes are mostly pretty standard. The extra information that deals specifically with waterless cooking is about 3 pages long at the front of the book. You can find more useful information just by searching the web for "waterless cooking".

The A Guide to Waterless Cooking and Greasless Cooking for Better Health has an index that dosen't match the pages in the book. To me this makes the book very hard to used. Almost useless.
