As they came in the package, I was severely disappointed based on the ratings these desiccant packets got. Two of them in a 25L sealed tote bin only lowered the internal humidity by about 3% over the course of 24 hours. I inspected them closely, also noting that like other reviews mention it is nearly impossible to tell the color of the beads through the "window" that's provided, and noticed that there seemed to be some kind of film between the beads and the vent holes in the aluminum shell. I went through the trouble of taking a sewing pin and poking through each external hole, one-by-one, on both sides of both containers. I placed them back in the sealed bin, and waited to see the results. When I woke up the next morning, the humidity of the bin had gone from 39% RH to 10%, which is the lowest my cheap hygrometers (you know the ones, the rectangular black ones that are a couple dollars for a pack of 4) would measure. I confirmed with my more expensive living room one, and was much happier with the results.Tl;dr: take a pin and punch a few hundred holes, then they work fantastically.

Works for months in filament box. Keeps humidity down to 10%. Have recharged.

I put these in my ammo cans to keep moisture out, and think these seem to work a little better than the packs made by Lockdown. Good price, too.

Unlike other brands Ive tried these create a residue or powder. They may be fine if kept in the container but I occasionally borrow a small amount from the metal tray to use loose in various applications. But Id still avoid given that other brands don't seem to break down even when removed.

Used to remove mosture from bird seed. Work's good ,but need to put a rubber band around it as it can come open and spill out in the seed.

Ce qui est bien c'est que c'est réutilisable à long terme.Je je sais pas trop si cela fonctionne bien. C'est un peu dure à déterminer si c’a fonctionne ou non..Ce qui est moins agréable c'est qu'il faut les mettre au four plusieurs heures afin de les réinitialiser.

Exactly how it's used is unclear. Poor instructions and Questions like: "Do you have to open the can to unseal the product?" are unanswered.

I like that they are compact and that they work well.

Light grey color silica. Absolutely useless. No way to know the humidity content.
