I love Dr. McGees explaination of the scriptures so much that I have read his commentaries from Genesis thru I and II Thess. and plan to continue reading thru the complete Bible. I started with Genesis, of course, and Dr. McGee's deep knowledge and his great sense of humor have kept me reading. He is deep into the word of God, well versed in all writings including Shakespear who he quotes frequently and also the Greek language. Never dull reading. If you have ever wanted to read the Bible, this is the way to do it.I own the all his books of commentaries, but am buying them now for my Kindle

McGee always writes fantastically. Of all of the sources, his is the best as far as I am concerned. I recommend all of his books. I finally purchased the entire 5 volume set from Amazon. He may no longer be alive but his books and knowledge are very much alive and applicable to today.
