Go Lightly Vanilla Caramels Sugar Free Hard Candy, 2.75 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I really like these, they taste great - totally "different" flavors, and sugar free, win win.My only problem is that in warm weather they MELT (A LITTLE) making getting them out of the package a sticky mess.I am not even talking about leaving them in a hot car ( DON'T ), I am talking here at work. we don't have AC in the stockroom so it gets into the 80's at times and that's when they start to get sticky.They still taste great and they are not totally melted, just enough that your hands will get all stick, so just an FYI.Besides that these are great!

The candy sticks to the wrapper and is very difficult to get it all off. There is an outer wrapper and an inner foil wrapper, so it has to be unwrapped twice. Also, the candy oozes out of the wrapper in my desk drawer, which is in an air conditioned building. I sure wish that I hadn't bought 12 bags! I will be looking for something different, although this tastes good.

- Not very much chocolate flavor, but the mint and the almond aren't bad. There is also a chocolate+raspberry that I like, but fruit flavors with chocolate don't appeal to everyone so it might be something to be aware of. - These are hard candies, which is what I was looking for, and they do give me something a little sweet to distract me from indulging in higher-calorie items, so that's the main point.

I recently ordered GoLightly sugar free lemon drops because Brachs was unavailable. These lemon drops are not bad, however, they are much milder than the Brachs. You don't get the "blast" when you pop one of these in your mouth like you do with Brachs. Also, these lemon drops are VERY hard. Don't expect to suck on these for a while and then bite into them and get a new burst of flavor. What you'll more likely get is a broken tooth. Again, these are good for those that want a mild sugar free lemon drop.... just not for me.

I get sugar free hard candies on my dentist's recommendation because they keep me from clenching my teeth. These are almost unusable because they all melted through the wrapper sometime during shipping. They are now all sticky and the wrappers are hard to remove. Even when you do manage to remove them, they leave a lot of residue on the wrapper and less in your mouth.

There is good flavor and the candy is long lasting. Very hard card, I do not recommend biting them as you could crack a tooth. I will buy again.

It's tough to find a sugar free candy that has the right texture and feel. There's something about that evil HFCS that makes hard candy feel great against your tongue! These candies are great when you first open the bag - but after a few days they start to get soft and very chewy. If you don't get to them for a week you'll find the wrappers have stuck to the candy and that the candy has taken on a taffy like softness.I order these every couple of months and enjoy them well enough! Fresh out of the bag they're five stars, a week on their three stars.Enjoy!

My Mother-in-law asked me to find her some sugar free hard candy so I checked out reviews on Amazon and found this candy with a lot of good reviews. She was overwhelmed by the large quanity but since it was in small bags she just opens one as needed. She told me she really likes this as it is tasty and no aftertaste. In 6 months to a year or so I'll buy her some more. Now to find tasty low sugar chocolate for her.
