I have a torn ACL so slipping on ice can be super painful for me, and I happen to live somewhere very cold. These things are a lifesaver for me. They grip onto ice and compacted snow with no problem. My shoe size is a size 9 women's and the medium fit tightly on a pair of boots that weren't very bulky. I probably could have gotten a large but that's my bad. Great product.

These are much better design than other ice cleats I have owned. In other designs, the elastic which holds the cleats to the boot's bottom rests upon the walking surface of the boot which leads to wear and breakage. Once the elastic breaks, the cleats usually fall off. These cleats have the elastic surrounding the toe/back/sides of the boot and the elastic cannot come into contact with the ground or ice surface. Only the metal of the cleats is exposed to wear- far superior design.

I was concerned they would fit as I have big feet, (size 15). After careful reading, I chose the proper shoe and they fit just fine.They pack up nicely and definitely dig on. These were fairly easy to put on my shoe, with a nice snug fit on the rubber part. I’m wearing a size 7/7.5 women’s shoe.They work lovely so far in snow and ice In Pennsylvania winter. I don’t have to worry about sliding around or falling so much, with these on, especially when taking the dog out.

I slipped and injured my wrist a while back. Took 6 months to fully heal, it sucked. After that incident I immediately bought a nice pair of Kahtoola Microspikes from REI. They are great, I've used them anytime I'm outdoors in the snow. These spikes are exact clones of those. The weight is the same (375g), construction is the same, pretty much identical in every way.This gives me a set to toss in my car because sometimes I forget to bring my microspikes and don't realize it until I get to the trailhead.

I have a mountain near me that I climb 3 times a week all summer. I’m now doing it in the winter. Exposed ice on the trail is genuinely dangerous. These spikes completely solve the issue. Simple to put on and take off….. I highly recommend them..

Los usé en un viaje a Islandia y me funcionaron bastante bien, no son tan pesados. Son complicados de poner, pero es cuestión de práctica.

Funcionales para uso ligero en nieve u otros terrenos, no durarán mucho en uso muy rudo pero si te sacan de un apuro, ganan contra otros similares porque toda la parte de abajo es de metal y no de elástico.
