I am giving this a positive review for now. I will repost later on after I have used it more. I suffer from PCOD. I have facial hair , I can't afford thousands of dollars to get my hair removed to feel better about myself. I have tried everything under the sun to try and make my facial hair not visable. Because for me I always felt self conscious going out in public. I have finally found a Doctor that listens to me and this handy gadget to get rid of hair. It warns you that if you suffer from PCOD that the it can vary in results. I did a test patch with no problems which is crazy since I have sensitive skin.This worked for me . I know I will need more sessions. But that was a given. I went in with lots of skepticism because of other products you see on the market like NONO and such. I was in tears from how well this worked.Sorry My post was a bit all over . Having a smooth face without stuble made me a bit emotional. So I hope this helps other ladies out there that suffer from PCOD like me .2 things I recommend getting 1.) The safety glasses. You will be glad you did. 2.) White Concealer. I was not aware I needed this so I had to order some. (This is for if your using it on your face. They want you to cover up any sensitive spots on your face like scars, moles, lips. )

I started out with such high hopes. I am caucasion with light skin and thick dark hair, and am supposedly the perfect candidate for laser hair removal. I did my research on this system, and followed all the recommendations: shaving/epilating before weekly treatments so the laser can be absorbed by only the living root hairs, highest laser level, using care to make sure the laser flashed on every square inch I wanted to treat, and using skin moisturizer afterwards.Each week, I spent about 3 hours doing this treatment on my legs, underarms, upper lip, stomach, bikini area, and a particularly odd spot on my arm. After the first 8 week treatment, I was dismayed to find my body hair growing back (albeit slowly), but I had taken enough time out of my schedule and couldn't do another 8 weeks of treatment for a while. After the summer, I gave it another round, and did the same thing over again for another 8 weeks of dedication. It has been 5 months since I completed that 2nd round of treatment, and I can safely say there has been no difference in my body hair growth since I bought this product and started treatments. It is just as thick and dense as it was before! My body hair doesn't even grow back slowly anymore, like it seemed to do immediately after I "finished" treatment.Do not waste your money on this product, and more than anything, do not waste your TIME. I have spent 48+ hours of my life trying to make this "investment" worth it, and have no results to show for it. I will be pursuing a refund, if I can.

I used this product as directed and saw no change...it actually made my facial hair worse since I had to shave before using. Very disappointed. ..returned for a refund

I've been using this crappie product for 10 weeks and I have no results what so ever. Not worth my time or money. Never again.

When i used this machine, 'low' 'medium' 'high' button is blinking and hand machine is turned off. what can i do??

It is the best thing I have ever done for me! It saved me piles of money on hair removal. I am using it all over my body and in 7 procedures I have already big areas with no hair. My skin is mate and my hair is brown it works perfect for me. Very gentle even on the highest level and I have very low pain tolerance. Unfortunately my device somehow broke down and I freaked as it is really expensive but the customer service is the best I have ever experienced up to now. These guys were very kind, responded immediately. I cant be more happier. Highly recommend for people who want to save money, get rid of hair permanently, loves their skin and can't stand pain.

I purchased this unit from Costco three months ago and have used it every week as directed on both my chest and back, with no noticeable difference. I had high hopes that it would work, but disappointed.

DO NOT buy this product and DO NOT purchase from this seller. I could rate it zero I would. I purchased this machine ack in 2013 and went through one round of treatments and was somewhat ok with the results (I have crazy dark stubborn thick hair so I knew it would be hit and miss). I put the machine in the cupboard for a year and a half as I just didn't get around to using it. I started the second round of treatments a few weeks ago and the machine just stopped working. I contacted the seller and because it's sout of warranty I seems I can't get it fixed or replaced even though it's hardly been used. So apparently I just spent hundreds of dollars on nothing. Seller's customer service won't answer my questions and doesn't get back to me when they said they would. TERRIBLE SELLER
