The media could not be loaded.  This robot is absolutely the best! Very easy to use, it took me 2min to get is set up. The instructions are self explanatory. Very quit, it sounds like my neighbor next door vacuuming, you can barely hear it. Most importantly it does the job and does it well, it cleaned not only my windows, but also my glass door and tiles in the bathroom, even walls in the leaving room got clean. I just sray whatever solution is needed on a washcloth that attaches to the robbot (by the way i got four of them an they are all washable) and it moves around to clean the surfaces . The only condition is, that surface has to flat. I am very satisfied with this product. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. Its worth the money! It definitely made my life much easier)

So it mostly works after a very frustrating learning curve. I got the hang of the motion but returned because the pads kept coming off and it would lose suction.

I tried to clean a 4'x6' window. I followed the instructions, 6 times. Put the unit on the glass in the lower left corner the specified distance from the edges. The unit proceeded to move to establish location, then it went up and down the 6' length 2-3 times cleaning about 1 ft of the glass. Then it went across the 4' width a couple times cleaned about 1 ft of the bottom came back to the start position and stopped. I proceeded to try the upper left corner, lower right corner, upper right corner, the center of the glass, even upside down in the LR corner. The unit uprighted itself and proceeded to clean the 1foot side and 1 foot bottom and stop. I now have the cleanest side and bottom of a window ever.

The media could not be loaded.  This machine works well once you figure out how to use it. The instructions are entirely inadequate. I made a little video to help other people use the machine properly, which I’ve attached to this review for anyone who wants to have a look.The windows don’t end up 100% perfect, but they are far, far better than my personal best for window washing, and that’s all that counts.

I bought this and it came wothout the remote control.. i downleaded the app but the robot doesnt work at all on the corners and it takes a lot of time to get your window clean... I came back to the manual method and the robot is resting on my closet.. waste of money

Cleans the windows great!

The media could not be loaded.  Eventhough it cleans quickly, I couldn't get perfectly spotless glasses. It leaves strikes and I couldn't find a way to get rid of them.

Trate de limpiar mis ventanas por el exterior y no obtuve ningun resultadono limpia se detiene no gira bien.Compré el producto a traves de amazon en EEUU (sept 2020)y al llegar ahora (Enero 2021)a mi pais trate de usarlo y fue un completo fracaso.Ni siquiera tengo opcion de devolverlo o revisarlo en algun servicio tecnico aqui en Chile.
