I had bleached mark up and down this whole hallway. Now, it looks so much better. I talked with customer service, and they walked me through the process of fixing the marks. This was a much better option than replacing the carpet. Thank you!

I followed all of the instructions for over an hour and advised the seller several times via text and phone calls that the product doesn't work. I even sent the seller pictures and advised that the product doesn't work on dark carpets or large stains. I even asked the seller if I could switch the product for one that works on dark carpet and large stains. The seller refused to issue a refund and provided Amazon with false information to deny my claim. Now, my carpet looks worse and I am out of $78.00.

This product actually works but it's a little tricky to get the best color match. I would not attempt to use it without first texting a photo of the carpet to the company and following their instructions. Fortunately they are very good about responding to texts and walking you through the process.

I’m impressed how well this works. The bleach stain on my carpet is almost unnoticeable now. You definitely need to know the basics of color theory to be able to match the right color though. The roller ball applicator makes it a little hard to apply the product. The whole process took me about two hours.

This stuff is amazing!!!! I never thought I would Get the acne medicine stain out of our carpet, but with some patience and the help of the support team, the spot is gone. This saved me thousands of dollars from having to replace the carpet in my sons room before going on the market. Amazing stuff, Easy application and friendly staff! Check it out!

This seller will scam you. This product does not work and they will make it seem like it is your fault by stating that you did not follow the instructions. I had 5 bleached areas in a grey carpet I followed all the instructions wasting so much time testing this product only to see that nothing worked. When you try to get a refund they set it up so you just go in circles and never get your money back. $80 down the drain :(

The combination of the patented roller ball applicator, the neutralizer, the reactants, the wiping, and most of all the customer service makes this product one of a kind. I do not think there is a better solution available for faded, bleach stained carpet.The spot pictured was the largest of the spots I repaired. I have 3 daughters, two of which use benzoyl peroxide products. They had not been careful keeping it in the dispensers. I actually messed up on my initial attempt and had to bleach out my mistake. The customer service was very helpful guiding me step-by-step. They were very responsive via text and phone call. They were calm and confident when I was feeling a bit hopeless and helpless.The roller ball allows for literally fiber by fiber carpet color restoration. This along with the microfiber cloth also preserve the quality of the carpet fibers. There is no change to the character of the fibers at all after using this product / process.Keep in mind, this product takes patience, a gentle touch and attention to detail. It was helpful to have my wife there for a second set of eyes to not avoid tunnel vision and to give her opinion about color change. Once the carpet is restored, it is permanent.The match is so good that I have to go looking hard for where there had been a spot. No one would ever notice unless I showed them in proper lighting. I am so glad that I have this product on hand for any future bleach stains. I would have no worries if a bleach stain showed up on my carpet in the future. It would not upset me knowing I had this product in the cabinet. It does not take a lot of the product to repair spots, so you are bound to have leftovers for future use if needed.

I wish I could rate this product 0 stars, this product doesn’t work as advertised or shown YouTube videos. In fact when we applied to our carpet it made worse. When we reached out to Seller asking for refund, he put our request on Hold and after 10 days before the return window closes, he responded saying we need to follow the instructions mentioned in the sheet and not willing to accept the return.Save your money, this product doesn’t work.

Was sent the wrong directions, but eventually was able to connect with someone to get the correct instructions. It takes some time and patience, and you must read and understand directions for it to work. Pleased with the results. Thankful for finding this.
