I’ve bought this product a few times already , and it never disappoints. Needed something to help me with memory retention for 4 important test I had to take and it worked . I would usually take it after breakfast and after a few minutes I can feel the difference. It helped me concentrate and retain the material I was studying. Something to look out for is if you’re taking any additional medication, mixing this with other medications or supplements may not have as much effect.

I love the Genius brand. I tend to try something for a little then forget about it but I find myself taking this mid morning every work day after having a snack.It gives a calm boost and helps me focus while working. It's not an intense energy focus but a lighthearted one. No crash.

I love nootropics, trying to find the combination of supplements that work for me to optimize mental performance. It can be expensive and sometimes disheartening to keep trying various products only to find little or no change in mental acuity, memory, or cognitive performance. After a month of tinkering with my supplement stack, I have found what works WONDERFULLY for me with Genius Mindfulness. Hopefully this review may help you too.My background: I am a mindfulness coach, I do an hour or more of meditation daily, workout full body 4 times a week and get 30 minutes of cardio on the off days, and even with clean nutrition, (no fast food, little processed sugar, no dairy, minimal wheat/gluten, primarily pescatarian/vegan) and adequate sleep I was still having brain fog and just feeling a lack of concentration and motivation overall.When I took Genius Mindfulness in the morning with coffee and with Genius Burn, I felt overstimulated - not like caffeine jitters, but just not the calm state of motivated focus I was looking for.Here is what I found works for me: taking Genius Burn first thing in the morning with a glass of warm lemon water, along with probiotics and my other supplements, then an hour or two later taking Genius Mindfulness (this product) with my first meal or with a green tea latte or whatever I'm drinking at the time. I often do intermittent fasting too, and find that delaying eating boosts the effects of this product as well (for me). When I overload my body with other things, the effects of calm focus and quick mental performance get lost in the mix of food/drink/suppliments.Changing the time of day and what I took Genius Mindfulness with made all the difference for me. I also cut out coffee (even tho I love it so much!) as I found I no longer need the caffeine rush to power through my day. It actually was more of a habit to drink coffee and the overstimulation from the caffeine was making it even harder to concentrate. Now, I can set a list of items to focus on and it feels effortless to complete each task. Seriously, this product is a game changer in what I accomplish and the effects last the full day. I feel focused but relaxed, as it should be! I hope everyone who tries Genius Mindfulness is able to find the time of day and lifestyle changes they need to step into greater productivity and accomplishment while remaining relaxed and happy. This product truly works if you take the time to find what works for you! It's time for me to order more, this is now an essential part of my productivity.

Product has really helped with my sleep and mood ONLY if I take it in the evening time, a couple of hours before bed. I was taking it in the morning with Joy and I felt very out of it for a few hours until it “kicked in” and then I would feel good. I decided to just start taking it around dinner time and really made all the difference. It would help me relax before bed and stay asleep all night as well as helping me feel more relaxed the next morning!

Just want to tell you a little bit about me before I continue with this review. My mother was diagnosed at age 57 with early onset Alzheimer's which is genetic and is a trait that is at a very high risk for transfer to me and my sister. She passed away 4 years ago with the disease. I am turning 56 this month and am terribly afraid that I am heading towards the same fate as my mother. I'm doing my best to keep clarity of mind and memory to be here as long as I can for my sons. I am losing short term memory at a scary rate and though I know that the inevitable can't be prevented I am trying to keep things together as long as I can. I truly do feel that this product has helped me with my short term memory, clarity of mind and also with some of the anxiety and depression that I have been having since turning 50. I have tried several products and this one works better by far. The ingredients included in this product are top of the line when I looked each up separately and it's all rolled together in one capsule/day. I can't say enough good things about this product. It isn't the cheapest out there but neither is there a product that encompasses the range of ingredients that this one does without having to take multiple supplements which would in effect be more cost in the end. I plan to continue this supplement as a part of my daily routine!

I haven’t felt this “free” in years, probably since my teen years. Why can’t I give this a 5 star then? Well to be fair, I think the Genius Joy product is equally as important. It’s been the combination of the two that has seemingly changed my biochemistry.It starts with the edge completely lifted and my mood noticeably boosted. That combination of feeling stops me from ever getting all the way down. I’m able to avoid those spirals that lead to numbness. Take these products together.
