They are great

I was SUPER excited to try these skates out.. I mean, look how beautiful they are! I took them to the beach and skated with my gf from one end of the boardwalk to the pier.. and O.M.G... how painful!!!! The padding is SOOO uncomfortable. The inner parts of my feet near the inner ankles were feeling super bruised. With such poor padding, your whole body weight is pushing on your feet bones. I couldn't wait to take them off!I was thinking.. maybe I need to break them in? After a few drinks, we skated back.. it was literally.. "ow.. ow.. ow.. ow.. ow!" Every push was painful! When I finally got back to my car I couldn't take them off fast enough! When I got home, there were two huge red spots on the inner parts of my feet where I was in pain.It's a day later now as I am writing.. those two areas are now bruises and even when I showered and the water fell on those areas, I could feel the stinging! Save yourself the time, trouble, and uncomfortability.. stay away! This is a perfect example of beautiful in the outside, ugly in the inside. Judging a book by its cover. RUN!!I did SO much searching on Amazon for inline skates and these popped up A LOT! They are probably working closely with Amazon to be advertised so much.. but they can't produce an A+ product. Wondering if I should try to pad the insides better or return them. I read another review that complained about the pain and discomfort and trying to create their own padding and said that did not work out.

My son got these skates for Christmas. He has used them a handful of times since January / tonight the front wheel broke off - unfortunately the return window has closed. Sadly 100$ wasted.
